Louisville has plenty of great places to stay, but this one truly stood out. We chose it for its amazing location—close to a variety of restaurants and attractions—and it didn’t disappoint. The included parking pass was a huge bonus, and as an EV driver, finding a charger in the garage was an unexpected perk.The apartment itself exceeded expectations. The tall windows filled the space with natural light, even in winter, and the rooms comfortably accommodated our group of five. We loved checking out the rooftop on our first day and hope to return when the weather is warmer to enjoy it more.Overall, this property delivered on every front. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Louisville.

Bourbon and Bluegrass

Amazing apartment with a great location to walk to the urban distilleries and some great restaurants. Parking is included for one car a real perk. The third bedroom with bunk is small but fine for kids or one person. It ended up to be a great siblings and spouses trip and we only used the car to go to out of town distillery, Excellent great room and kitchen.

A Perfect Stay in a Beautiful Location

We had an absolutely amazing time at this property! The place was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was stunning, offering amazing views and a peaceful atmosphere. Relaxing on the rooftop having a cocktail while enjoying the sunset over the Louisville skyline with some of our closest friends was an unforgettable experience. The hosts were very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. This was one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed at, and we can't wait to return! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch getaway in Louisville.

If you ever have an opportunity to host Chad and his group, DO IT! World class guests. They took such amazing care of our property. Our check-out instructions are very simple......we only ask our guests to start the dishwasher before they leave, nothing else. But, Chad and his group washed, dried and folded all of the bed linens and towels. Washed, dried and put away all of the dishes. Completely re-staged our property. Our cleaner was stunned when she walked in. Having the opportunity to make acquaintance with people like this is one of the reasons my wife and I got into this business. Hoping to have the chance to host them again in the future!

Overall a great stay. Had a hiccup with the door code but it was resolved quickly, which is a sign the host cares about service. Pretty much met our expectations for a nice stay. Bonus points for the Lawry’s seasoning salt.

My wife and I are empty nester 50 something’s. I have always had a passion for restoring properties. We found this condo and fell in love with it, but it needed some work. With the help of a local interior designer, we were able to create a very beautiful unit with lots of Kentucky flair. We love having the ability to share our space with others, and always make sure our guests have a wonderful experience.

We chose this neighborhood because of its unique location and the historic nature of the building itself. It’s an iconic building with an amazing story.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location. This building sits in the middle of downtown whiskey row. Directly across the street from the international convention center, and next to the KFC YUM! center, plus only 1 block from Derby City Gaming Casino. Once you park, you never need your vehicle again. You can walk to anything of interest.
