When entering this ocean-front 6 bedroom 6 bathroom oasis, you`re greeted by the inviting hall that seamlessly merges with the spacious living room. The hallmark of the property is its expansive `harmonica` windows that stretch from floor to ceiling, offering captivating vistas of the ocean right from the heart of the house.

The remaining four bedrooms in the house each boast either king or queen beds and atheir own en-suite bathrooms, offering both privacy and convenience. Furthermore, there is a separate freestanding apartment nestled in the backyard, complete with its private entrance. This charming space features two queen beds and a well-appointed ensuite bathroom for the utmost in comfort and privacy.

You will get exclusive access to the front and back garden, the living room and the nr of bedrooms you are entitled to. (we rent out to small and bigger groups, for small groups we only lock off certain bedrooms)

NOTE: Please ensure you enter the accurate number of guests who will be with you, as we assign bedrooms accordingly. We allocate 2 guests per bedroom, so for example, if you book for 6 people, unless agreed otherwise, you will have access to 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

We are working out of our office (which is about a mile away) where we have a dedicated Customer Service number, and are available for support 7 days a week.

Malmok Beach is just past the high-rise hotels on the north coast of Aruba. This beach lies just 3 kilometers north of the famous Palm Beach and is approximately 700 meters long. Although this beach is not very frequently visited by regular beach enthusiasts who want to spend a day sipping cocktails in the sun, it is a popular spot where some of the best snorkeling in Aruba is within reach right off the beach. Unsurprisingly, many Aruba snorkel tour companies choose Malmok Beach every day to anchor their boats to water the snorkelers. It’s easy to enter the water yourself and go solo and explore the area for tropical fishes.

We recommend a car for sight seeing, groceries and just getting around Aruba.
No specific rules, please just respect the property and the neighbors, meaning no noise / loud music that can disturb the neighbors after 22.00 pm evening till 08.00 am in the morning.

We strongly recommend to use air-conditioning wisely, meaning; keeping windows and doors closed when turning the AC on and turning the AC off when leaving the villa for longer period.

-Smoking inside the villa is prohibited, outside in the garden it is allowed to smoke.
