Absolutely beautiful home!

This home is beautiful and exactly as you see in the pictures. The property manger is excellent and was very helpful for our first trip to Aruba. The outdoor pool area is beautiful. I highly recommend this home and would definitely stay there again!

Awesome Week!

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners clearly take pride in their home and it shows. The pool area was like a private resort with multiple seating and dining areas and plenty of shade. Proximity to the beach and restaurants couldn't have been better.

The house was lovely ( just like the pictures which sometimes is not the case)It was very well appointed from the decor to the upgraded incredibly stocked kitchen and cooking utensils. The patio and pool area were wonderful.It was a pleasure and dealing with the owners Angela and Nora and the house keeper Maria .Any little issues we had( like How to use the multiple TV remotes) were dealt with quickly .We will definitely be returning to this properly again in the future

Perfect in every way.

This house is beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained, equipped with everything you could need or want for an island vacation. Our hosts were extremely accessible and helpful. They even welcomed us with champagne and snacks. Can’t imagine a better place to stay on Aruba.

The first thing we consider when looking for a rental is the outdoor space - Sand n' Sea has a wonderful outdoor space. There was plenty of seating in and out of the sun, the grounds were well kept, and the furniture was comfortable. Maria was our onsite contact and provided excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent in this wonderful villa.

Wonderful!

We had a great stay - the house was perfect, both in location and amenities. I don’t think I’ve stayed at a better stocked rental home, with more dishes, glasses, towels, supplies, and added extras such as beach chairs and umbrellas. Communication was excellent and service above-and-beyond, providing us with both an early check in and a late check out. We all hope to be back again soon!

A very well appointed villa from the washrooms, to the bedrooms, to the covered patio and a must have pool. Location is fantastic being an easy drive to great beaches, excellent grocery stores and wonderful restaurants. Ten days was not enough and we look forward to renting this villa again. Beautiful Villa in a Gated Community close to the beaches

The Sand N’ Sea villa in Tierra Del Sol was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay in while we enjoyed our week in sunny Aruba! It was exactly as advertised! The villa had all the amenities we needed, including a washer and dryer as well as a fully stocked kitchen and 3 full bathrooms. We especially enjoyed the backyard oasis after a long day at the beach! Angela was easy to communicate with and we would not hesitate to stay there again!

Family vacay Tierra del sol

This villa is amazing. It has everything you could desire from a family vacation spot. Communication with the owners was great and easy. The pool and outdoor living space just draw you outside and make it easy to spend an entire day relaxing. The gated community leaves you feeling secure. It is in close proximity to many of the great beaches. I would go back and also recommend this property to anyone (friends or family) without hesitation. Thank you straw-hat sisters.

Great house and location

We stayed at Angela and Nora's property over the Christmas holiday, and had a great time. House was well-stocked and the pool area and backyard were fabulous. Only minor issue was that one of the master bedrooms had a shower with a difficult-to-use handle that probably needs to be replaced. But that's a super minor issue and we would highly recommend!

What an amazing week we had and this house provided everything we needed. Five Stars is not enough. From the beautiful decor and fully stocked kitchen to the pool. This house was super clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The Hosts were very friendly and quick to answer any questions we had and Cap, the local property manager, was awesome to work with. Thank you for sharing your island paradise with us and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful trip

This home is beautiful, and located in a very nice area of the island. It was lovely to get back from the beach and spend the rest of the afternoon at the pool. We experienced a few issues with communication and mechanical failures (washing machine leak and a faulty circuit breaker rendered the Palm bedroom without air conditioning for most of the trip) but the owners refunded a nights stay for the inconvenience. Overall it was a great vacation to Aruba and we had an amazing time.

WOW- What A Great House

WOW, what an amazing house. This house has it all! Beautiful backyard and pool, it's in a gated secured community with beautiful landscaping. The house has everything you may need and more! The owners are responsive and attentive to all of your questions and needs. We had no issues at all, and we will be back! Thank you!

Amazing villa with exceptional outdoor living space!

Aruba is like no other place. There is a reason they call it “The Happy Island" but what made our trip even better was the amazing house we called home. Angela and Nora have gone above and beyond with the amenities and making guest feel welcome. They have taken extra steps in making sure guest are well informed not only with the villa but with amazing experiences on the island. Our family can’t wait to return and call the place home (at least for a week) once again. Thank you for everything you did to make the trip our best vacation yet.

Enjoying Aruba

Our stay at Tierra Del Sol Sand n' Sea Villa was incredible. We would not want anything different. Everything was clean and well maintained. We spent a vast majority out back either in the pool or in one of the many seating options. What was nice about the seating options was some were in direct sun light some in the shade, some in partial shade. The Island Sisters are wonderful hosts. They truly care that you have a great vacation in Aruba. Thank you Island Sisters hope to visit you next year

Our Villa has themed bedrooms, the King "PALM" & en-suite, the "ISLAND" King & en-suite & the "SEASHELL" Queen bedroom with an adjacent private stone - ZEN bath.
AND FOR our ADDITIONAL GUESTS...
We have a separate Guest house apartment with kitchenette & full size refrigerator. It offers a comfortable 1 Queen bed & 1 spacious bath with a luxurious marble shower & 48" vanity. It is a spacious bathroom with functional window & blind and an overhead ceiling fan! The Guest house also comes with a custom kitchenette with full size refrigerator, and micro- broiler & Cuisinart Griddler & coffee pot, dishes & set of Henkel knives. It is air conditioned with a 24k split inverter AIRCO, a 55" LG TV. The double closets and dresser has 4 large drawers.

*The Dutch door entry and private 10x12' trellised, shaded courtyard, can be rented for your additional guests, if desired. It is not available as a separate rental when the villa is occupied with Guests.

We are privately located at the end of the road in the Las Campeonas neighborhood on the end of a cul de sac in the TDS resort. There are 2 Indonesian TIKI Lights to greet you at our entry, and our villa is set upon a spacious 900m3 amidst manicured grounds; mandevilla trellises, cactus beds, palm trees & floral trees.

We offer our guests luxury, privacy and restful surroundings! Throughout our custom SAND n' SEA villa, it is complete with our special decor touches that complement the turquoise waters and sandy beaches surrounding the island. It is a pleasure to share our Caribbean home away from-home; as it has been our labor of love for us to put together!
