This property was even better than I anticipated. The only somewhat negative comment that I have is that a fire pit area would have been great, and the very large tree down by the water obstructed the view, but honestly, who really wants to cut down a tree?Now, with respect to the house itself. When you walk in the front door to the left is a washroom attached to the laundry room, which is very convenient. To the right when you walk in is the main floor master en suite. Everything was exceptionally clean and wonderful.Continuing into the main living area to the right is a very large living room with lots of windows. To the left is the kitchen area that again has wonderful windows, very open spaces and a breakfast nook type area off the kitchen and alongside the sliding door that goes to the outside area.The outside area is pretty fabulous. Beautiful flowers, wonderful landscaping, a picnic table, and a very large lot leading down to the water.Going back toward the front door as you walk in there is a stairway on the left that goes up to the upper level. On the upper level, there’s a bonus space that has twin beds and a really open area with a large window overlooking the backyard and the water.There is also two other decently sized bedrooms up there as well with a full-size bathroom.Our group included two couples and another person - upon initial review, I was a little concerned with what the layout was going to be. But it was great. Roger was very responsive!

The property was clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. By far the best experience we have had with VRBO. As a note to sleep 10 — you will have to use the couch or floor, plenty of space (just a note as there are only beds for 8). Lovely experience, would love to return if the opportunity presents itself.

Beautiful, spacious home with waterfront views

My family and friends had a wonderful stay at Roger’s house. The property was super clean and like new! It is spacious and has beautiful views. He was very easy to work with throughout the entire process!

Beautiful home with gorgeous views!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. It is beautiful and very clean with everything you would need to feel like you are at home! The view of the Hood Canal is stunning. Sitting on the deck with our morning coffee was so relaxing and the sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. Definitely staying here again!

Superb cleanliness. Roger communicated with me the whole way through from pre-check in till check out. The beds available are truly for 8 people but we worked it out as we have 2 family members who didn’t mind sleeping on the living room couches. Recommend to change the couches in the loft to be pull out bed or have 2 roll in beds to be truly a 10-person sleeper house. Otherwise, the kitchen, living room and dining room were more than enough space to accommodate 10 people. The front and backyard were clean and the picnic table in the backyard was nice to have. It has extra folding chairs to use for both indoor and outdoor hang outs. The master BR/BA is really nice and spacious. Free wi-fi is a plus and the big screen TV as well. Overall, I’ll give it a 9/10 and will come back to stay in it in the future!!!
