OUR NEIGHBORHOOD: Mission Hills Country Club limits vehicle speed, encouraging pedestrian activity. Three championship golf courses with mountain range views and desert landscaping are stunningly beautiful.
Enjoy watching all sports . . . golf, tennis, pickleball and croquet. All in easy walking distance, although we hear no sports noise.

Our Association, Racquet Club Estates III, is a small neighborhood with emphasis on amenities and privacy. Near Rancho Mirage are the cities of Palm Springs, Palm Desert and Cathedral City. A short drive to shopping, restaurants and groceries, casinos, an easily-navigated airport and a wide variety of entertainment.

The owner, Laura, has offered resort and executive rental properties since 1996, specializing in small properties for singles and couples, in the Palm Springs area and along the Georgia coast.
Six of our properties have been featured on vrbo since 2012, and more recently, on other leading online platforms.
Our local managers are experienced property managers and long-term residents. They know the area very well and are available during your holiday.

Laura chose this Mission Hills property for its lakeside location, floor plan, privacy and accessibility. Golf, tennis, pickleball, croquet, pools, spas -- all fun spectator entertainment -- nearby. Excellent restaurants and activities in the greater Palm Springs area are very accessible.
Flights are convenient, and the airport is an easy one to navigate.
The condo floor plan is spacious and convenient. The King bedroom suite has two separate en-suite baths, two very large closets. Double doors. Desirable privacy.
