This gorgeous second floor condo has been tastefully remodeled, comfortably yet stylishly decorated with new furnishings and features amazing mountain panoramas from every single window!

There are 2 patios. One gets morning and early afternoon sun and light and the other gets the later afternoon and early evening sun. Take a relaxing soak in the oversize bathtub or walk right downstairs to the very convenient and often private swimming pool and hot tub (heated year round!).

This home features top of the line, insanely comfortable mattresses in both the master bedroom (king size) and guest bedroom (queen size). The kitchen with all new, stainless steel appliances is great and stocked with everything a professional or amateur chef could dream of. If you must work, enjoy our workstation with lightning fast Wi-Fi that even works out on the patios. There is a 70’’ Smart HD 4K television in the living area and the cable package included is very comprehensive with plenty of sports channels and even HBO and Showtime. The master bedroom also features a large format Smart LED television.

Other nice features of this well appointed home are a washer and dryer in unit, brand new natural gas grill, seating for 6-8 in the dining room, seating for 4 in the breakfast nook and seating for 6-8 on the large, rear patio. The master bathroom has a gorgeous, deep soaking tub and the shower in the guest bathroom has great water pressure!

As a guest of ours you have full and complimentary access to the Desert Falls Country Club state of the art fitness facilities and that includes tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Desert Falls Country Club is a public course so come hit the links on one of the highest rated “slope courses”, enjoy a sunset cocktail in the beautiful clubhouse after and retire to your gorgeous home to get some rest and relaxation before doing it all again the next day.

Desert Falls Country Club is minutes from the El Paseo shopping district and the many excellent local restaurants, art galleries, entertainment venues and golf courses Palm Desert and the other surrounding Desert Cities have to offer.
