Escape the crowds of the Cozumel hotels and relax in your very own direct Ocean Front Condo. Find us as miramarcozumel, we welcome you!

With easy access to Cozumel town, excellent offshore snorkeling and fabulous sunsets over the ocean, this condo makes the perfect retreat for your holiday.

Unlike many high rise complexes, this building with just 12 units, has a wonderful intimate atmosphere where you can relax in peace and quiet by the ocean front swimming pool.

Outdoor amenities include 60 foot long infinity pool at the ocean edge, Jacuzzi tub, sundeck, poolside BBQ area and tropical gardens. The kids (both big and small) will love the ocean side diving platform. For those less adventurous there is easy ladder access to the ocean.

Maid service is provided every other day; Spa service and cook service is available on request.

Located in the south tower; Condo #402 has an amazing direct oceanfront view. The minimalist modern decor creates a fresh and radiant space that blends with the beautiful Caribbean Waters. Bring your laptop: now with wireless internet!

Oceanfront Master Bedroom: Featuring a VERY comfortable king size bed, it is beautifully decorated with ocean colors. This bedroom is on the top level and has a private bathroom and oceanfront terrace.

Second Bedroom Jungle Side: The second bedroom is decorated in bright Mexican colors and features 2 individual beds and large closet. Includes private bathroom and jungle view terrace.

Living room: Modern furnishings and a full entertainment system are a feature of this beautiful living space which has a private ocean front terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful Caribbean Sunsets.

Our second visit to this location. We love Cozumel! The property host went above and beyond to help us through some problems we had (an injury) that happened early in our stay. The pool was fabulous and the ocean front location is perfect for snorkling. The on site staff was also very helpful. We would go back again.

This place was beautiful, clean, and right on the water. The pool area was fabulous and everything you could want. The real star of the show, however, is the property manager. We arrived in the middle of the violence in Puerto Vallarta and he personally called us to assure us that Cozumel was safe and life was proceeding as usual, with cruise ships coming in, incoming flights landing, and his kids in school. He is currently going to great lengths to retrieve my phone that I left at a beach club the day before we left, with the intention of sending it back to me. I have never had such great attention and efforts from a property manager!

Very nice smaller property. Just what we wanted. Nice balcony for morning coffee and a second level balcony for watching the beautiful sunsets. Check in was easy and Miramar staff very accommodating.

Amazing vacation

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at the Miramar condo The condo has the best views and was perfectly located just minutes from downtown Cozumel. Our condo was Spacious and clean and the staff was always attentive to our needs and Matt was a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be coming back.

Fabulous condos and location!

We had a great trip to Cozumel with our friends! The condo was perfect for the kind of trip we wanted. It was quiet and relaxing. We sat on the patio watching the cruise ships in the morning and enjoyed the pool all afternoon. Loved the snorkeling experience and the fact that we could go anytime. Fabulous vacation and we’re planning to come back next year!

Perfect Condo For Our Trip

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary in Cozumel and stayed at Miramar Condo. We have stayed here with our family several times before and Isabella and Matias are wonderful! We would recommend to anyone, first class experience and a wonderful place to stay in a perfect location close to everything.

What a Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Cozumel and at our Miramar Condo. We enjoy the north side of the island for its snorkeling right at the property. Of course, this means no sandy beach (which one of my daughters would have preferred), but as a whole, we enjoyed this choice. The condo is clean and offers beautiful views of the sunset. The pool and outdoor area is clean and enjoyable.

Great experience at Miramar!

We enjoyed two weeks at the condo. The host, maid and groundskeepers were wonderful and very accommodating! Snorkeling right from the condo and the sunset views were super. Hope to come back some time!

Maid service was outstanding and the property was very clean. Management was very responsive to everything although we only had one question in 10 days! All of the recommendations were spot-on.

A Gem in Cozumel

We loved our stay! This is a great location and a wonderful condo. We enjoyed the two balconies so much - there is a third off the 2nd bedroom too. We snorkeled in front of the condo - GREAT! We saw sting rays, turtles and so many colorful fish. Matt gave us excellent recommendations like - the tiki hut on the south side of the island called Welcome to Miami. It is a must. The Mojito is fabulous!! We loved the fish and pizza and Guidos and La Choza had fantastic Mexican cuisine. It was a great trip and we highly recommend this spot. You won’t be disappointed. Also loved drinks at Hemingways - wouldn’t recommend food.

Our Best Vacation Yet

We absolutely loved this property. The property is beautiful, the unit was perfect for our family, and the location is super convenient. In addition, the management was wonderful and very attentive. There were many activities available on the island and we found it quite easy to take the ferry to the mainland for activities there. Our two girls said many times that this was our best vacation ever. We definitely would recommend this rental and we hope to be back. Thanks so much!

A rest in paradise

Wonderful peaceful stay at Miramar!

Miramar 402 was great! Very safe area in North end of the island. Staff very attentive, pool was wonderful, snorkeling on property was good, but current strong- not for the inexperienced swimmer. We had a car so explored the island quite a bit- would recommend Sky Reef on south side for easier snorkeling. Will definitely be back to Miramar and Cozumel. The weather wasn’t on our side this week (a lot of rain- and a power outage) but will try again for sure. Going back to MN with great memories!
