It has a private dock if you want to enjoy activities such as diving, snorkeling, or just taking a dip in the ocean.

The house features a fully equipped kitchen, all amenities, private internet, air conditioning, two king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms with full size beds, a living room with a TV in the entryway, and a large dining room for entertaining family and friends. The house can accommodate 10 to 14 people.

Villa Coralina

We had a great family getaway in Cozumel. The villa was immaculate ,comfortable ,and beautiful! We loved the upstairs veranda and the pool! It is situated a few houses inland from the pool and beach which made it nice and quiet but limited the view of the water. The pier was super convenient for catching dive boat rides to Palancar Reef only 15 minutes away!

SO MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED AND WE EXPECTED A LOT!

CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT THIS PROPERTY. THE LOCATION WAS AWESOME. FAR ENOUGH FROM THE TOWN TO GIVE YOU SENSE OF SECLUSION BUT NOT TOO FAR. THE BEACH AND POOL WERE BEAUTIFUL. COULD SNOKEL RIGHT OFF THE DOCK. THE LANDSCAPING LOOKED GREAT. THE 24 HOUR GUARD AT THE GATE WAS NICE TO HAVE AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!

Week at Costa del Sol #B5

Nice place, as described. I love staying in the Costa del Sol community and we enjoyed our stay this time as well. There were signs saying not to open the windows and the concierge said not to open them because we wouldn’t be able to shut them again. A little strange but I had no intention of messing with them anyway. Half the house had great air conditioning and the other half was hot on the main floor. Our dishwasher quit working and the concierge explained to me how to wash dishes but then got the circuit reset so all was good. Really, other than a few bumps in the road with the concierge, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

The house was at the back of the costa del sol complex. It was very large, clean, well appointed with towels, beach items, spices, scissors and other item that we didn’t bring with us. The landscaping of the grounds was lovely. It felt very safe, with security 24/7.

Simply Amazing

Our family traveled to Cozumel for Christmas after losing our Husband/Dad/Grandfather on a trio that he had planned before he passed. I can’t say enough about how wonderful George was to work with, how beautiful and clean the property was and how amazing and accommodating the staff was. From the housekeepers to the private chef, everything was too notch ans we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Great property for relaxing

This is a great property. The location is for those wanting more relaxing secluded experience. You will need to rent a car or be prepared to take taxi everywhere. I would also recommend ordering grocery service in advance or stop on the way to the property for food as there is not a lot nearby. Everything was clean, perfect for our two families.

Excellent second choice ;-)

We absolutely love this area of Cozumel and this neighborhood. This was our second time in the neighborhood. Our first choice of course was right up front on the beach/water. We were very happy with this as our second choice. It had all the amenities that the other house had. Was perfect that we needed 4 bedrooms and they all had their own baths. One complaint would be, we really wanted to grill a night or two and there was not a grill. That would be a nice addition to the house. Appreciate all the extras available as far as kitchen supplies, etc. We plan on returning to the area next March too. Thank you again. (your staff was excellent)

Ample room!

Each bedroom has its own bath, that’s nice. The deck on the 2nd level is excellent for sunbathing. The kitchen was very well equipped. Laundry facilities were nice and perfectly located. I would stay here again. Nicely done!

Great Villa, beautiful community

Had a wonderful week at this villa. Having a pier was great for scuba diving. Grounds are beautiful. Guys at the front gate were very nice and helpful. We will be back! In fact, we have already booked our next trip!

This property and location were amazing. Our group thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and felt as if we were at our own home. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We are planning to take our extended family back in the future.

Great time

Lovely views from the beach & pool. We really enjoyed our fresh coconut juice every day. Staff were all so helpful & friendly. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Our house was spotless. So close to attractions - like swimming with the dolphins and Paradise Beach. Just need to time trips to town around the cruise ships & their taxis.

Great House and Facility, sub par service

We had a large group use 2 houses in the Villa Costa Del Sol complex in March. As it happened, the 2 houses were owned by 2 different people and they used 2 different management companies. The management company for the other house had a list of services for us, from a paid grocery shopper, renting snorkel equipment, to an in-house chef. They also came by daily to check in on us and let us set-up our house cleaners schedule for the week, from daily to never. The management company for this house was a ghost, the couple of times we spoke to him it was over the phone. When one of the pull out beds that a 10 year old was sleeping on broke in the middle of the night we called the company only to find out that there isn't anyone that can get to it during our time there and let us know we shouldn't use the other pull out bed as it is broken as well. The house and Grounds were very nice and the owner was very easy to work with, unfortunately, as long as he keeps this management company I would find it hard to choose his house.

George--Pat and i and our kids and grand-kids had the best week together at your place.The outside huge deck was a safe playground for the little ones and the pools' depths worked for the 2 year old and the 7 year old.Snorkeling in the bay was a daily activity before eating the local Mexican food from the nearby taco kitchen or Gusto's . Amazing!

Amazing location, amazing house, amazing pool and beach. Our family of 10 had a blast! Located between town and the east coast, we got out and about every day and spent evenings relaxing on the huge deck. Alex had the house stocked with groceries upon arrival. We loved Alberto's and Money Bar for dinners. Snorkeling was incredible at the property's private beach. Scuba, snorkel, and deep sea guides picked us up from the pier, so no need to mess with driving or parking in town. First time in Cozumel...we'll be back! Thanks for sharing Villa Coralina with us!
