Perfect Saratoga Lake apartment! Central location for both racetrack and lake!
Central location for those visiting Saratoga to enjoy all racetrack, downtown and lake activities. 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath newly renovated apartment located upstairs of a two unit home. Separate entrance and parking for each unit. Please note there is a flight of stairs to enter. Make our home your own and have fun enjoying all things Saratoga! There is 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed and 1 Full sized air mattress to comfortably fit 6 guests. Each room has smart TV and AC unit. Pet Friendly! Guests will have private access to entire upstairs apartment. Free onsite parking available for up to 3 cars. You will have access to entire front yard with a grill and small seating area. The other unit utilizes the back yard and back entrance. Apartment can be rented for 1-3 month stays starting Oct 2024. Please inquire with host if interested.
A few nearby attraction: Brown’s Beach, Saratoga Race Course, Casino, SPAC, Waterfront live music and drinks, Saratoga Spa State Park, Downtown Saratoga/Broadway. There are multiple places on Saratoga Lake to rent boats or kayaks as well! Of note there is no dock access available to renters as this home is located in private neighborhood. Boat rentals and the beach are minutes down the road.
