En købmand, apotek, bank, vinbutik og par af afslappede spisesteder er inden for gåafstand. Når du er klar til en aften ude, er restauranter og faciliteter i korridoren kun 3-5 miles væk.

Ejendommen er vedlagt en privatlivsvæg og har en lang tilbagesendelse fra nærmeste nabo, så din familie eller gruppe kan læne sig tilbage og slappe af. Du kan nemt bruge en hel dag og aften nyder puljen og udendørs rum, Clearwater House har at tilbyde.

Stranden adgang stien er 323 ft fra indkørslen, og da Boggy Sand Road er en lille, og ikke en gennem gaden, går til stranden er super let. Vi har den bedste off-shore snorkling, Seven Mile Beach har at tilbyde.

A gorgeous house, just a short walk to a perfect beach.

Comfortable, well appointed and private. Out of the craziness of 7 Mile Beach. Kathleen was super nice, helpful and responsive. We could not have been happier and would definitely come back!

Fabulous family vacation!

Simply a wonderful home and delightful owner making for a fabulous vacation! Very clean and beautiful home, a short walk to the pristine beach where we used beach chairs and snorkels from Clearwater House. We enjoyed the grill, pool and privacy - and of course who wouldn't love the hammocks under the palm trees. Easy walk to nice restaurants and grocery store. We could bear to leave only with the hope we may return. Above all, we enjoyed our new friend Kathy who ensured we had a perfect vacation at Clearwater House!

Great stay!

Great stay at Boggy Sands Road. Walkable distance to a grocery store, the beach is just down the street for great sunset views, the pool is wonderful and always warm for a refreshing dip, or just lounging poolside. We chose this beautiful property for the amenities…nice to have a grill for cookouts and a kitchen to cook meals. Very secluded feeling, and property was very quiet aside from a party down the street one night. Hammocks were wonderful for an extra outdoor chill space. Kathy was a huge help with any questions we had regarding the property or things to do on the island and emailed a detailed list about the house, amenities and what to pack, what’s in the area for grocery stores, resources for charters, etc. Only thing I would say is it may be helpful to have a printout of all the info sent online in a book/binder at the property. Would definitely stay here again…they take pride in making sure guests are taken care of. Kathy has an appreciation for the island that is contagious! Until next time…thank you!

A house that doubles as a compound!

What can we say? This house is fully loaded. I wont make this too long but I will tell you that, out of ANY VRBO or Homeaway, I have never dealt with such great hosts. From the moment we stepped onto the property, Kathy and Tim took care of every necessity and some. We had every amenity you could imagine. The house was equipped with way more than I ever needed. If you are looking for a house that could comfortably hold 8 people at an extremely reasonable price in the absolute best location with the absolute best hosts, please stay here. I can assure you that you will be planning your next trip to this house while you are here! Thank you Tim and Kathy for all that you did for us and look forward to our next stay at the Clearwater House.

Great house, great location, great host, great time!

You can't go wrong with this place! We traveled with 9 adults for a 50th birthday celebration and it was one of our favorite vacations ever. The house was beautiful inside and out. The location was on the best part of the island where you're out of the crowds in the heart of Georgetown, but close enough that it's easy to get to. The beach was a very brief walk across the street. Kathy was a great hostess and gave us great tips and connections for eating, drinking, snorkeling, scuba diving, boat trips, and more. She has lots of toys at the house such as kayaks, snorkel gear, and paddle boards that you can take right to the beach. We took the paddle boards out to the Kittiwake shipwreck and snorkeled there...it was amazing! There's a great pool and screened in gazebo with a grill, couches, chairs, etc so it's perfect for just relaxing and hanging out. I rented a 9 person van while on the island so we could explore this beautiful island. I can't say enough of how great this place was...we are definitely going back and staying at the Clearwater House!

Even a month after our visit my children are still talking about our "beach house" and bringing back all of the wonderful memories that were created. The Grand Cayman is amazing however staying in a home where you feel like you at home takes your experience to another level. Kathy was more than accomidating and extremely helpful from the day we booked until the day we left. Our first impression of the house made us wonder if we were the first guests staying because honestly it is kept in fantastic shape. Kathy gave us recomindations when we asked and was always available for questions. There was not one detail overlooked from the bed linens to the beach equipment that the owner generously lets you borrow. This vacation and experience has set the bar and we are absolutely looking forward to booking in the near future. Thank you for opening up your home to us! Looking foward to our next adventure. Perfect Caribbean getaway

We were originally scheduled to be in the Cayman Islands the summer of 2020 to celebrate our oldest daughter’s graduation from high school. Unfortunately, the world shut down and our trip was canceled. We postponed for three years to 2023 and also timed out to celebrate our younger daughter’s graduation from high school. The beautiful Clearwater house fit us perfectly, our party of eight (our family of 5+3 well mannered boyfriends). Kathy set us up perfectly with all the right recommendations to maximize everything the island had the offer. The house was very clean, the pool and gazebo area are incredible. I loved using the handheld weights a few mornings and got all the kids to do water aerobics at one point. The kitchen is well appointed with nothing missing (we did sharpen the knives to ensure our limes were cleanly cut :)) I would highly recommend this comfortable and perfectly located home to a party of 8-10.

Amazing Vacation

What a trip! The house is beautiful, well equipped and perfectly located. Kathy's keen attention to detail and appreciation of the finer things in life translate into a 5-star hotel experience for guests. You really only need to bring your bathing suit. We loved using the paddle boards to go out to the best snorkeling around where we saw many sea turtles. The kids ages 4-7 enjoyed exploring all the tide pools (crabs, fish, sea urchins) and we couldn't keep them out of the large pool in the backyard. A perfect Island lunch of grouper is a 5 minute walk from the house and the fun turtle farm is minutes away. The house is a quick car ride to the popular tourist destinations but in a quieter area that ensures a more peaceful and authentic experience, especially at the beach. Kathy is a wonderful and gracious host and we are happy to now call her a friend. Our group of 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) had more than enough space. We not only will be back but are counting the days. I highly, highly recommend staying at Clearwater House!

The Perfect Vacation Home

We've traveled to many locations and rented many homes. This was easily our favorite. The house is well appointed with everything you need from towels & beach chairs to pots, pans, and pool toys. The beds are comfortable, the appliances are new, and our party of 7 was very comfortable in the house. The location is what really sets this property apart. You're a 2 minute walk to a beautiful, almost private, beach with fabulous snorkeling. We went on a snorkeling charter and it wasn't as good as the snorkeling off the beach. (The snorkeling gear at the house is top notch as well!) The pool is protected from the wind and in the shade in the afternoon and a perfect afternoon after a morning at the beach. Within a short walk is a great diner for breakfast and The Heritage Kitchen (a must try for lunch!) Kathy was a gracious & wonderful host. We had a hell travel day getting to Cayman with a 4 hour flight delay and Kathy had the fridge full, the beer on ice, and even ran out to pick us up dinner so we could unwind and start our vacation. She had great suggestions about places to go and things to see and generally just made our vacation that much better. I think the best endorsement I can give is that we'll definitely be back next year. Thanks for an awesome vacation and see you next year!

Wonderful Family Trip

This house is great for a family trip. We had 9 people and had plenty of space. The heated pool, ping pong, hammocks and spacious living area, kitchen, and outdoor area were the highlights. Overall spectacuar trip! Would come back.

Cayman house with all the extras

This property has it all! The kids loved the warm pool, the parents loved sipping coffee in our robes each morning, taking a cold plunge, back to the pool, lifting weights, taking walks by the beach, playing basketball, making dinner on the blacktop, etc. The location is perfect and right across the street from the ocean. We swam and snorkeled daily. Kathy and the owners had exceptional communication and are incredibly accommodating. Overall, it was an amazing experience. They even had the house tastefully decorated for the holidays. It was very comfortable and a perfect place to gather. We highly recommend this property. Thank you Kathy!

Fabulous 2 weeks at Clearwater House

We spent a delightful couple of weeks in West Bay, initially celebrating my 70th birthday and then exploring the island's incredible range of attractions. The house had everything, from heated swimming pool to gas barbecue and pizza oven, from table tennis table to indoor gym. It is also situated close to a nice beach with great snorkelling and rock pooling and the Heritage Kitchen, a small shack selling the best home-cooked mahi-mahi and lobster, best enjoyed with a beer whilst watching the sun set. It really could not have better. Kathy, the host, was always just a WhatsApp message away and the one issue we had (aircon failure) was sorted immediately. Fatima, the housekeeper, was also most helpful and looked after the children on one occasion whilst we had an evening out in George Town. We found a great small boat hire (Cachas Stewart aka Super C -Jah Bless Charters) for fishing and trips to the Stingray sandbar and coral reefs. Best beaches were Smith's Cove and Rum Point, in addition of course to Seven Mile Beach. Above all the people are so friendly and eager to help, even more so than other Caribbean islands we have visited. Can't wait until I'm 80 and have an excuse to return! Highly recommended.

This property is very special. Close enough to the attractions while secluded to provide privacy. The hosts did not miss any amenities. Paddle boards, bikes, kayaks and top end appliances. The heated pool was a real bonus and we will talk about the She Shed for years.

Kathy’s help is priceless!

This was our families first trip to Cayman. With children ranging in age from 7-19, we wanted to make sure everyone had plenty to do! Kathy is such a valuable resource. The reviews don’t begin to describe how much easier she makes planning a trip. We felt like we had a friend in Cayman the entire trip. She even found us after we checked out to return some stuffed animals we left behind. We rent through VRBO at least once a year and have never had this great of an experience! We can’t wait to return to Cayman and will certainly stay at this house again!

Baby’s first vacation

Incredible time. House beautiful, clean, and very private. Our grandsons first vacation was everything we had hoped and more. Hosts Kathy and Tim were welcoming and very responsive. Exceptional experience!

Clearwater House is fantastic. We were only able to stay a few days but it was truly amazing - long story of having to move accommodations but glad we did because once we arrived our vacation was finally perfect. So close to the beach, fab pool (heated !!), grill, ping pong, nice sheets, awesome beds too. For a family you can’t ask for a better time. I know we will be back because our kids had such a great time and will be talking about it for years. They couldn’t believe the snorkeling - Thanks Kathy!

We love the Clearwater House!

Our family absolutely LOVED spending Christmas this year at Clearwater House in Grand Cayman! Not only was the house incredibly clean and beautifully decorated, but there were just so many extra little things that really made our stay wonderful. Our family especially appreciated the privacy of the property. We spent so much time outside by the pool, having outdoor dinners, and playing ping pong tournaments in the gazebo. And the famous Seven Mile Beach was just a short walk up the driveway and across the street. The snorkeling was amazing! We were very close to the Kimpton hotel which has a COVID testing center so it was easy to get our tests done while we were there. The house is also located near a pharmacy and a grocery store which was very convenient. We cooked some of our meals at home and I was thrilled with the kitchen. It had everything I needed and then some. We also visited some great restaurants that were only a short drive away. Overall, we just loved spending time in this home. We have 8 in our family, and we had plenty of space. I can’t say there was anything I would change about our experience at Clearwater House. We will definitely be back!

Clearwater House is family home that is owner occupied during most of the year and rented to short-term visitors during holidays and summer when children are out of school. Occasionally, the house manager will be on site in the garage apartment but this does not interfere with guests enjoyment of the house, pool & grounds.

The charm and location of Boggy Sand Road is unique with absolutely stunning sunsets and wonderful snorkeling and marine life. Boggy Sand Road is the only low density residential street along Seven Mile Beach meaning you can stroll down the street and enjoy the ocean view and charm of being on a Caribbean island.

The pool and outdoor entertaining areas provide days and evenings of fun. A short walk down the picturesque Boggy Sand Road brings you to Boggy Sand Beach; to the right of the beach access point is a reef with the very best off-shore snorkeling on the island; to the left - sand and sun.
