Welcome to this hidden gem in Grand Cayman, at Spotts Beach!The ocean breezes allow the unspoiled Beach Escape to become a Reality. White Beach and Blue Sea Awaits you.
Kings Landing is a newly renovated 2 Bedroom and 2 Bath ground floor unit! This unit allows you to exit out the back, to the private beach!
Custom designed and decorated to allow our guests to relax in the finest furnishings.
2 King bedrooms and a queen sofa sleeper allow the whole family to sleep comfortably. The patio day bed is another place to take a nap, or read a book.
A massive covered patio allows you to enjoy the outdoors in the comfort of the unit! The Beach is only a few steps down the path.
The Palm Trees bring natural shade and the Beach is equipped with Lounge Chairs!
Come enjoy our Beautiful Kings Landing condo! The Kings look forward to Hosting you for your next vacation.
There is a pool across the street for now as we are working on building one just steps from this walk out unit.

The beach was beautiful, great for snorkeling, so many turtles! And it was a quiet little Haven away from the hustle of SMB!The house was clean, nicely outfitted, super comfortable, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Thanks for a great stay.!

The property is exactly like the pictures. It’s in the perfect location if you want to snorkel and stay away from the chaos on SMB. The owner and property manager were wonderful and very communicative. It’s beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a relaxing week at the beach.

This condo is amazing! It’s got so many things covered, it’s newly renovated and has brand new appliances and feels like home from the decorative dishes and utensils. The beds were comfortable with plenty of sheets and pillows to change if you needed to. Sunscreen, bug spray, toothpaste, stocked with paper products. Masks, beach towels, chairs, paddle board, kayak, grill. Michelle is an amazing host, she allowed me to switch my dates to accommodate funeral plans. This was a huge help to me because this isn’t my first trip to my ancestor’s island. Spotts beach is a local spot away from the crowds, a place to relax and listen to the breeze and crashing waves, swim with the turtles in the protected reef. Please be respectful of the locals and the sea life, stay inside the reef! I can’t wait to come stay here again, with my family this time! Thanks Michelle!

The condo was very clean and well appointed. The beach was lovely and there were always chairs available. We even snorkeled with a large group of sea turtles! There are some restaurants and a grocery a very short drive away. Michelle was a great communicator and I was also to reach her or the property manager with a very quick reply. We would stay here again!

Condo is well appointed, clean and modern. Car hire is needed. Supermarket within 2 miles in either direction. Beach is private and quiet. Loved it, will be back when visiting Cayman again.

An exceptional stay! The home is spotless, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable that it immediately felt like staying at your best friend's vacation home.You can't beat the location—it’s only 15 minutes from Seven Mile Beach and 30–40 minutes from the West End. It was fantastic to have a quiet, private complex beach just steps from the back door. We spent every morning and evening relaxing in the beach chairs and swimming in the clear blue ocean. One morning we used the pool noodles and snorkel masks, to float around in the waves looking at fish and small coral reefs.Michelle was an amazing host. She was incredibly responsive to texts and went above and beyond to help us with restaurant tips and other questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend!

Our host was soo attentive with messages and follow up.. Absolutely stunning condo.. We also loved the clear kayak.. And the snorkeling with tons of sea turtles to be seen..:High quality appliances, extremely neat layout.Every thing labeled was a nice organizing touch.We had a wonderful time

The condo was beautiful! We loved the half screen/half glass window porch. It had space for our family to eat and relax in while it stormed. The beach was lovely with chairs for lounging, plenty of space for shade and sun. We snorkeled every day and saw many turtles, sting rays, and fish right from the beach. The condo had plenty of beach toys, noodles, and extra snorkel things.

Fabulous stay!

We loved our week at this property. The beach (which is steps away) is beautiful. We snorkeled there almost every day and saw sea turtles! This location is nice and quiet but close to everything. Property managers were fantastic. Great communication, very friendly. Would love to stay here again.

Great stay!

Condo has everything you need and situated in a great area. Beach is steps away with a screened in porch. This is the second time we’ve stayed at Coral Bay Village and we will continue to stay at these condos. Property management is great with communication with any questions you have!

Fantastic!

Superb place to stay. The private beach was great! Swam with sea turtles several times during the stay. Beach was very clean. Property was nice and functional. Great location for activities in both directions on the island.

Perfect Paradise

This was our second stay at Kings Landing, and it is our favorite vacation spot! The condo is immaculate and beautiful; it is fully stocked, and we cook all our meals there. The beach is amazing with sea turtles and crystal clear water. This is the equivalent of a 5 star hotel in my opinion!
