With its close proximity to fun activities, there's no shortage of fun and space at 3 Palms, a 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 2 Half Bathroom, 1750 sqft. duplex, sleeping 12, located in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
***This property is dog friendly; however, you must notify the staff that you are bringing your dog along with you. We require and additional dog fee of $350.00 to cover the excess cleaning from dog hair. This is a 2 dog max 40 pounds or less for each dog. ***

This is a listing to rent BOTH sides of this duplex. The East and West sides are nearly identical. Renting both sides accommodates up to 12 people.
BOTH EAST AND WEST SIDES
The main level offers a cozy living area with new sleeper sofa, love seat, coffee table and coastal décor. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, & plates & glassware you'll need to make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation. Also on the main level is a half bath, small dining table, bar area, and the kitchen opens up to a large deck that is shared with the other side of the duplex. Upstairs you will find the Primary bedroom with a Queen size bed and a Guest Bedroom with a Queen size bed. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The Primary Bedroom opens up to a large balcony that is shared with the other side of the duplex.

This property is located at 507 West 1st Ave, which is 1 block off the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February with very specific dates. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 4 car max no passes required.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.
