The unit makes the most of its space and is thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and convenience. The living area includes a gas fireplace with a smart TV for your entertainment, and the sleeping area ensures a peaceful night's rest. Step outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air and stunning views.

For coffee lovers, the Philips Super Automatic Espresso Machine lets you enjoy a café-quality experience from the comfort of your own room. While the suite does not have air conditioning, the mountain air is generally cool and refreshing.

This unit is also pet-friendly. Bring up to two dogs for an additional $30/night + tax. Make your pet reservation via the Rustic Acre Guest Portal; details will be emailed to you after booking.

Cabin was cozy and clean. Perfect for our 2 night stay in Estes. The only complaint was that the bedroom light didn't work and the WiFi wasn't available.

Unfortunately we had a few problems, we spilled a little water on the floor and when we wiped it up it was just absolutely filthy on the paper towels we were using. We ended up clean bedroom floor, bathroom floor and little living area. Just filthy black towels. It was really upsetting thinking we were on those floors and they were that dirty. The refrigerator was so noisy it kept waking us up. The host did not charge us for pet deposit which we appreciated, but after the floor experience I don’t think he should anyway. I could upload pictures of the clean towels but won’t now after speaking with host who seemed upset they were that dirty but both me and my wife who have stayed at many many hotels over the years feel like floors havnt been cleaned in quite sometime. Unfortunately I don’t see us every staying there again.

Location was close to attractions. Place is older. Bed was okay but squeaky when you moved. AC would have been nice and next time would choose unit with AC.

Our stay was perfect. This location is convenient to downtown Estes and close to both the Beaver Meadows and Falls River RMNP entrances. We had a 1BR/1Bath which met our needs perfectly. Brandon was friendly and responsive to our needs. The unit was clean and well maintained. I will definitely recommend this to friends.

Where do I start... Everything was to perfection! The property manager is stellar to say the least! Excellent communication (always available if you need anything), professional, responsive and kind. The unit and property grounds were very clean and well kept. Specifically the unit I stayed in; the shower was amazing! The bed was super comfortable, I loved the coffee station. Very cozy! Parking was important to me and I was not disappointed. Location, Location, Location! Easy access to everything in town. I would stay here again and plan on doing just that! I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

Great little condo in the mountains of Estes Park

Overall, happy with this condo for the stay! It was at a great location close to downtown Estes Park. Pet And family friendly. It was a little hot due to no AC, but the property manager had plenty of fans, as well as noted to mitigate the heat. Would recommend staying here, and would stay here again!

Close to everything and a beautiful space.

We enjoyed our stay - it was close to everything in Estes park, the National Park, shops, etc. Bed was comfy and it was a quiet, calm area! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was were from the south and are used to A/C. The host had multiple fans and a ceiling fan which helped - but it took a minute to get used to no air conditioning!
