Serenity Suite-Private Suite close to downtown

Enjoy your private entrance to this spacious attached 460sf, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom suite. This two room suite is in the walkout lower level of our primary home. Homeowners live above. Serenity Suite is most suitable for two people but can accommodate 4 upon request and for an additional fee of $10 per person per night. Living area has dining table for two, sofa, 40" flatTV, electric fireplace, kitchenette with sink , refrigerator, and microwave. Beautiful bath with spacious shower. Bedroom includes king bed but still leaves a lot of space for closet , dresser and luggage. The sofa is large and reasonably comfortable for one adult to sleep on but can be folded out to be more like a day bed upon request. Conveniently located close to downtown and 10 minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Guests enjoy the quiet and private neighborhood. Enjoy visits by a variety of wildlife including elk, deer, bear, bobcat and marmots. Bonus- We offer our guests access to 2 unlimited ride passes to the Mustang Mountain Coaster. We observe the stated quiet times but will do our best to accommodate more conservative quiet times. Guests have access to Wifi. Laundry and campfire possible upon request. Guided hikes or sight seeing for additional charge by Mike per availability.
Possible exceptions upon inquiry for children guests at additional fee.
Other things to note: Well stocked with extras like ...day packs , hiking gear, extra clothes. If you forget something just let us know. Soaps, paper goods and pods for coffee maker are supplied.
Also note, there is not a stove or oven for cooking. There is a refrigerator, microwave and sink in the kitchenette. No cable TV. No firepit outside.

Everything was perfect! Comfortable, clean, well stocked and in a beautiful setting with elk literally right outside your door! Very close to the National Park!

Our stay was awesome! The neighborhood was quiet and the property was very clean, well maintained and close to downtown. You couldn’t ask for better hosts. Mike and Cindy were so nice and Mike gave us several recommendations to check out. Leah the property manager was great to work with and was very helpful. As a bonus we seen a lot of Elk roaming around in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing! When we pulled up Elk greeted us all around! Deer in the morning walked right by. Place was perfect. Everything we needed and the host was so sweet! Would highly recommend. Three day stay. Beautiful

This is our second stay at this beautiful property! My daughter and i love to hike and this is the perfect location! We love Estes Park and everything we want to do is close by, but we feel like we are far from everyone and get to enjiy beautiful views! Leah has been great to work with!

WOW! This place & location made me want to live in Estes Park! Man, what a cool place. I’ve been a couple times before but staying here was just amazing. Loved having my morning coffee & dinner with this view. Excellent communication, patiently answered all my questions after a long day of travel & exploring once we got there… Quiet space. Clean. Felt very safe (I cancelled a previous stay elsewhere - owner just felt ‘off’ call it ‘women’s intuition’). Met owner Mike in the driveway on our way back to the airport - super kind. No wonder there was such a peaceful feeling staying there. King bed & pillows were so comfy. Left plenty of TP, paper towels & supplies for our 4 day stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Serenity Suites. Within walking distace to town, but away from the hustle and bustle. Very clean and well maintained. The owners, Mike and Cindy, were very friendly and helpful.

The property had everything I needed for my visit, including a hiking backpack and poles that were provided for my use. The owner, Mike, a knowledgeable guide, took me on a hike in Rocky Mountain National Park, which was a wonderful experience. The family running the property was professional and courteous. I would definitely stay here again based on the great communication, amenities, and overall high-quality service.

Great Find in Estes Park!

This is my 7th time in RMNP, had never stayed on this side of Estes before, but everything about this VRBO was great -- super location made it easy to get into and around town. The amenities in the condo were just right for our 7 day stay. The condo is very comfortable for 2, and was well maintained and clean. The host was very responsive to our questions,and the homeowners were delightful and welcoming, all while respeciting our privacy. Loved sitting out of the deck and seeing the wildlife. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent!

This is a comfortable and well appointed space. The neighborhood is gorgeous and very close to town. The peaceful patio is perfect for wildlife watching and enjoying the sunrise. The kitchenette is very well equipped and the bathroom is updated and spacious. The best part of our stay was the homeowner, Mike, who helped us plan out what we were going to do in the Park. He had wonderful recommendations and helped us make the most of our time. We would stay here again without hesitation!

My wife and I both feel very blessed to live here! We enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors especially in the summer. Also blessed to have raised our 4 kids (2 boys and 2 girls) in Estes Park! Though not over yet , we have both spent our entire careers here in Estes Park. We like to travel and just getting away to see something new. I also like meeting and getting to know new people from all over, seeing friends at a local happy hour, hiking and fly fishing. Enjoying our grandson and granddaughter makes the cut too! ....actually they probably top the list especially for Cindy!
