The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Put all trash in outside trash bin. 2. Please ensure all lights, fans, window AC unit and electronics (T.V. and sound bar) are turned off. 3. Close all windows. Lock back patio sliding door.
4. Put all used dishes into dishwasher & start the cycle. 5. Return all furniture to its original position in the home 6. Strip USED bed sheets & put any dirty linens on top of each bed.
Used towels in the bathtub 7. Place mail keys on kitchen island 8. Conduct a final sweep to collect all personal belongings. 9. If you enjoyed your time with us, please leave us a 5-star review.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking anywhere on premises-$500 charge-no exception! No parties-No drugs. Respect our neighbors. Keep noise level low in the evening. No pets
