As you step into the airy and spacious living room, you're greeted by a warm and welcoming décor that perfectly complements the natural surroundings. Large windows invite in the dappled sunlight, while comfortable seating arrangements and rustic accents add a touch of homely comfort to the space.

The bedrooms are tastefully designed with cozy beds, soft linens, and ample storage space. Wake up to the sounds of nature and the crisp forest air as you step out into the private garden and take in the breathtaking view of the forest canopy.

The bathrooms are modern and well-equipped, with hot water and all the necessary amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The duplex villa comes with a frontal garden as well as a rear patio.
The large living room has a Scandinavian design, with two full-size sofas, a large rocking chair, a 4-seater dining table, an open bar stand, and a TV console. For your entertainment, there is an assortment of family board games, and playing cards.

Alternatively, watch your favorite program with your family on the large 75-inch flat-screen TV on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Hotstar, and Sony Liv. The powerful 2.5-tonne split AC keeps you cool throughout the day.

The property also boasts a fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook with fresh local produce and enjoy a meal with friends and family.

The fully-equipped kitchen contains a water filter, crockery [plates, spoons, forks, glasses], cooking pots and pans, cleaning items [paper towels, dish detergent, sponge, trash bags, kitchen towels], appliances [4 burner hob with running gas, Fridge, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle], Tea, Coffee, Sugar. We know that some of the best vacation moments happen over a wonderful meal.

You will find the house clean on arrival. The housekeeping staff shall clean the apartment daily between 10 am thru 6 pm. The towels and bed linen are changed at the end of every 2 nights. The in-house caretaker is present to assist you.

A washing machine along with quality laundry detergent & fabric softener is available . Use the clothes stand to dry in the patio area. Iron on the ironing board to look and feel-good. The in-house caretaker is present to assist you with all the above mentioned tasks.

Locker is available in the first-floor bedroom cupboard to store your valuables. Every bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom, complete with toiletries [toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, hand wash, toothpaste], quality bath towels and hand towels.

ELEVATED AMENITIES SO YOU FEEL AT HOME;

* As you enter the home for the first time, the caretaker will serve you with the local non-alcoholic drink. A basic food hamper, mineral water bottles, tea, coffee, milk is provided for your convenience and comfort.

* Read the Welcome Letter and the Welcome binder to familiarize yourself with the facilities and the appliances.

* Laundry your clothes in the washing machine using available quality laundry detergent, and softener. Use the clothes stand to dry in the patio area. Iron on the ironing board to look and feel good. The in-house caretaker is present to assist you.

* The housekeeping staff are available daily to clean the apartment between 10 am thru 6 pm. The towels are changed daily. To conserve water, the bed linen is changed at the end of a two-night stay.

* Complimentary parking is provided within the complex for 1 car.

* The swimming pool is available from 9 am thru 9 pm. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.

* In case of power failure, the inverter automatically switches on, and only the following appliances operate – Fridge, Wi-Fi, TV, Fans, and Lights.

* No SMOKING inside the house. You may smoke either in the rear patio or in the front garden. Use the Cigarette ashtrays provided to snub out the cigarettes.
