Great townhouse condo on a quiet lake (no power boats) with its own beach and kayaks and SUPs. Good AC kept the unit comfortable during hot Okanagan summer temps. Kitchen small but very functional.

Amazing location, lakeside in the heart of wine country! Be sure to visit Tickleberry’s in OK Falls for amazing ice cream. Vaseaux Lake is a protected migratory bird sanctuary so no motorized boats, quiet and clean. Birds of prey swoop down and fish as we relaxed on the shaded back deck and enjoyed the views. The lake is very shallow for a long way out so very safe for smaller children and dogs. Kayaks, paddle boards, lounge chairs, life jackets all available for shared use with the 3 other units in the townhouse row. Decks are off set for some privacy, space is large enough for comfortable use by the four units.This one bedroom (with additional pull out couch in living room), one bathroom, full kitchen unit is pet friendly, so we were pleased to spend our vacation with our dog and cat, both of whom enjoyed the local wine village in nearby Oliver. Highly recommend a visit to the wine village - multiple small local vineyards w/patios, a brewery, restaurant, coffee shop/bookstore and bakery, circled around a central plaza with coffee tables, couches and adirondack chairs, live music and super chill and friendly vibes! See Ya Later Ranch property was beautiful with a covered outdoor patio for wine tasting, a separate covered outdoor patio restaurant and a large lawn with plenty of comfortable seating and paths to wander to a beautiful view of the property expanse. We restocked our wine rack easily and each bottle we drink brings back the warmth of the time we spent here.

The property was exactly as outlined. Everything was clean and in working order. Very peaceful lake that is literally steps from the water. The unit is a very close proximity to town of Oliver and the surrounding activities like vineyards and Kartplex. Our host (Jason) was very quick to respond to all inquiries and our only issue (A/C) was fixed within hours of noting the problem. We loved our stay and plan to return in the future. The kids loved the lake and the access to the paddle boards and canoes were much appreciated.

Lovely Spot and Great Place

The booking process was seamless! Jason, the PM was extremely quick to get back. Prior to checking in he provided us with plenty of information about the property, and the area in general. He checked in with us shortly after check in to ensure we were getting settled. The property is lovely, backing right onto the lake. They also provide paddleboards, canoes, kayaks and floaties to enjoy the water. The kitchen was well stocked, and the property was clean and well cared for. There were other families staying in the units next to us, and when we were inside our unit, we couldn't hear our neighbors at all. Overall, a great place to vacation and would definitely come back!

Perfect getaway for 2 people especially if you want water at your doorstep for early morning paddles. Check-in process was seamless and property was exactly as described. I was initially surprised as the unit was a little smaller than I expected but it worked out perfectly for 2 adults. Unit was well stocked with everything you need and an abundance of towels and supplies. Jason checked in on first day to confirm all was going well. Parking was a slight issues when lot was full (I had the end unit spot which was a little difficult to get out of) but I was able to park on the road with no issue. The lake and beach were beautiful. Perfect for swimming and kayaking without the worry of motor boats or having to drive to another location to rent kayaks. They were literally at our doorstep. Each unit is recessed from each other which added additional privacy when sitting on the deck. Perfect location as surrounding towns were a short drive away. Kitchen had everything you needed if you choose to stay and cook at home. Perfect spot to get away from it all but still be close to all the action. Would definitely stay at this spot again.
