Movie Matinee Hideaway

This circa 1970’s condo is upstairs nestled in a tree lined view secluded in back. It has assigned parking (#14) and is just steps away from the dog run area where your pets or kids can get some exercise after a long ride in the car.
Decorated with Vintage southwest charm, it’s roomy and welcoming. The large living area features the “Movie Matinee” theme with a fully functional VHS and DVD player to enjoy a wide selection of classic films. You are welcome to request specific movies or genre’s of films for your enjoyment.
The condo has a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room with your choice of coffees, teas and even a light breakfast 🥞 is provided.
There are two bedrooms with large closets and queen size beds fully dressed with bedding and comfy pillows. There is also a full office work space. This room can double as a kids play area for games or to build a fort. Please note, this unit doesn’t have a WI-FI internet connection at this time.

Lisa was a great host. Was very responsive to emails. The rooms and kitchen were clean. A couple of issues There was very little hot water in the shower and the couch was uncomfortable to sit on. There were a variety of movies to watch if you wanted to.

We apologize for any inconvenience. The hot water tank is a newer model 45 gallon tank. If 4 guests shower in both bathrooms, this may have drained the tank too quickly to heat up. Also, we are looking to update the Living Room furniture soon. Glad you enjoyed your stay. 😊

Was amazing very clean, host responded ver quickly and left us a bunch of assorted vhs tapes. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice quiet place to stay.

Awesome response

We had a problem getting the TV to work and I contacted the owner and they sent someone over very quickly to fix the problem. It was a very quiet place. I will rent again.

I like this part of OKC because it’s got a lot of diversity yet is still a quiet neighborhood. It’s within 15 minutes of downtown and the airport.

What makes this property unique

This property is perched upstairs , in back with a quiet view of green grass and trees. It’s peaceful and feels like the 80’s era throughout the interior.
