So much more relaxing than a hotel

The property was clean, had an abundance of supplies and was in a great location. It was great to be able to relax outside on the patio and save money by taking advantage of the fully stocked kitchen.

Comfortable and Well Appointed

Layout and location was great for us. The community gate was a little tricky, but hopefully fixed. Beds and furniture were comfortable and it was great to be able to park our hire car in the garage.

Outstanding House and Property!

We had an absolutely great time staying in this house. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a family of 5 to enjoy the week. Great bbq and sitting area outside and the living room was perfect. Bedrooms were like new and great sizes. The location across the street to the pool was awesome, for us with kids, to just walk across and swim. Very close to everything we wanted to do in a very safe/quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this property and we for sure will be back. Thank you!!

Felt right at home

Location & amenities were well known to my partner, as he had vacationed in this area a few years before. Having the pool across the street was ideal. It's a quite neighborhood. This home and location met all our needs & wants.

Great home with all the necessities.

Great home for smaller families or groups. Nice clean and well maintained. Little difficult in finding place but directions are spot on.

Perfect Stay

We had a great time in your rental. The location was perfect for us! The kids enjoyed the heated pool and took advantage of it almost everyday we were there. The check in directions perfect and easy to follow. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Great Choice

The property was wonderful. Pictures don't do the house justice. The pool is right next door to the house. Backyard is nice for BBQ and relaxing. We absolutely picked a winner!

Property and owners were great!!

Unfortunately we had a last minute need for a VRBO and the owner was very accommodating despite only getting two days notice. He was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. The two bedroom home is very nice and it is ideally located across from the pool so it is perfect for families with kids. I would definitely rent again.

This house was very clean, great location, the host was easily available when we had a problem. Backyard was small, no view but lovely lemon tree, made homemade lemonade!

Turkey Day Stay

We had a last minute change in plans and Steve was amazing to accommodate our request and even let us in early to get settled. The house had everything we needed to cook a last minute Thanksgiving meal and the extra soap, toiletries, garbage bags were helpful to not have to add to our expenses. Steve was always prompt and I appreciate everything he did.

Just like home

This was my second year to stay at this house. I love the fact that it’s in a gated community where I can feel safe on my morning runs. The house is fully stocked with everything I needed from a blow dryer to coffee maker to soap for washing a load of laundry. I was surprised to find a few new additions. There is now a TV in the master bedroom. There’s a new refrigerator with water/ice dispenser (no more making ice). The cable package is upgraded, increasing the number of channels available. I also found a Keurig in the pantry! Had I known, I could’ve saved room in my car and not brought mine. This is the place to stay with all the amenities of home.

Great Home Base for AZ stay!

Very clean and well stocked home in quiet, gated neighborhood. All we had to do is buy groceries. There are many places to shop (or eat) close by. The homeowner (landlord) responds quickly to inquiries.

This is an excellent vacation home . Well stocked with everything you need and clean as a whistle .Location is good, shopping and good places to eat close by . At the time we acquired the property we were living in Massachusetts and used it as home base when we cane out to AZ to visit our Grandchildren.
Now we are based our here in Goodyear 9 of the 12 months of the year enjoying our retirement.

Around 6pm most nights you have a beautiful sunset over the pool area, something you really want to see it is truly amazing most nights.
