Nuestra casa tiene todos los muebles nuevos. La cocina se actualizó para incluir mostradores de granito y todos los electrodomésticos nuevos. Barra de desayuno, comedor cómodo, cocina abierta a la sala familiar con TV de pantalla plana y área de sala de juegos que tiene un tablero de dardos y un tablero de barajar de 9 '.

Las 3 habitaciones tienen camas tamaño queen con almohadas nuevas, el sofá de la sala tiene una cama doble extraíble. Bonita suite de baño principal abierta con doble lavabo, bañera ovalada, ducha separada y vestidor.

El patio trasero tiene su propia área de comedor cubierta completa con ventilador de techo. Maravillosas sillas de gravedad para sentarse al sol o mirar las estrellas por la noche. La piscina tiene una característica relajante de cascada y tenemos muchos flotadores de piscina para ayudar a que se relaje esa relajación. La piscina se puede calentar por un cargo adicional.

Ofrecemos internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad, una impresora para esas tarjetas de embarque, y Cable Cox en ambos televisores, y lavadora y secadora nuevas en una lavandería separada.

NOTA: no podemos acomodar a NIÑOS por razones de seguro. Agradecemos su comprensión y cumplimiento solo con inquilinos adultos.

Wonderful peaceful stay!

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 week stay in this beautiful home! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking! The hosts were very responsive! Would definately recommend this home!

It was wonderful. Very nice house & neighborhood. My 2 favorite things. Clean & quiet. The backyard area with the pool was beautiful. Definitely would stay again. Susie & Rich were great.

Owners: Fantastic to deal with. Property: Exactly what we wanted. Clean, well outfitted.

We went for a week of baseball and 7 games in 7 days is what we did. Perfect for all west side stadiums. The owners were great to communicate with and did everything to help make the experience easy. The house is fully equipped and clean. A great time was had by all. We would stay again next year.

Very nice.

This was our third year visiting Goodyear and staying is this beautiful house. I had to contact the owners about a couple of minor items. Each time I got a very prompt response. Everything about the listing on VRBO is accurate and up to date. We plan to stay here again next year.

Family fun in Goodyear

perfect home for 6 adults to relax and enjoy the greater Phoenix area. Kitchen is well equipped, convenient shopping and amenities within walking distance, or bike if you prefer. Two bikes provided onsite. Fun to hike in regional park a short drive away. Thank you to our gracious, friendly host and hostess. We all would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay for us. Had a few questions once we arrived. Susie and Rick were available by phone to walk us thru our questions as promised in their email dialogue leading up to our arrival. Home is located on a cul-de-sac in a very private setting. Ideal home for entertaining and we would definitely rent this home again.

Spring Training

My wife and I have been coming to Goodyear since the new ballpark opened. This is a very nice house and nicely located. It is any easy drive to ballpark in part because the ballpark is approached from south and most of the traffic comes via I-10 from north. The house is just as shown in pics. The owners were easy to reach and helpful. One of the first things we noticed about the neighborhood is that it's friendly and everyone waves as you drive in and out. We hope to rent here again after our pleasant visit this year. The Happy Hour at the golf course is great for enjoying nice March weather and food there is excellent.

USA baseball stay

This was a very comfortable house to stay for our USA baseball tournament stay. I will admit, I was initially apprehensive about the distance from the other baseball fields. We come from southern CA and deal with traffic. However, the drive to Glendale and Peoria were not an issue because Arizona traffic is non existent..in other words wonderful. Actually, the area is new and quiet. I ended up liking that more than I had thought. There is a grocery store and other required necessities within driving distance (Starbucks, McDonald's, CVS pharmacy) The house was large enough for more than the 4 of us. My son loved the electronic darts. He and my husband ended up playing each other almost every day. We enjoyed our time in this house. Susie and her husband were very helpful and great at responding to any issues or concerns that we had. We didn't have any beyond needed reassurances that everything was in order for us. This is a great place to stay for spring training and USA baseball tournaments.

Estrella Spring Training Getaway

Our (2 couples) getaway to Spring Training for 2014 took us to this Estrella Mountain Oasis. The property was exactly as listed, both as to amenities, location, and appearance. It was beautifully maintained, like a fine hotel. We spent much of our time playing the many games that were available, our favorites being shuffle board and electronic darts. The grounds were beautifully maintained, the neighborhood was peaceful, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I had occasion to speak with the owner prior to our arrival and found her to be very pleasant to deal with and very responsive to our inquiries. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting this area!

Absolutely Georgeous Home

We have rented several vacation properties in the Phoenix area in the past and this one by far was the absolute best. The owners are wonderful people who went out of their way to ensure that our stay was very pleasurable. The home, yard and scenery are spectacular and are exactly as depicted in the photos. We cannot wait until our next visit to this beautiful home. I highly recommend this property if you are looking to rent a beautiful home from owners who really care about making your vacation a truly memorable one. This was also our first time staying in the Goodyear area and we will definitely return because of the proximity to great shopping and the Westgate Entertainment Complex which is home to the Phoenix Coyotes and several great restaurants. Thank you Susie and Rick for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We love baseball and this is the place to see LOTS of baseball. We love the warm, dry climate, and the clean well manicured community of the area.

Our Arizona home with its high ceilings, open floor plan and modern kitchen and overall design is the perfect home for relaxing, and entertaining and it gives us that wonderful getaway feeling every time we are there. The backyard is our little oasis with many flowering native plants we chose to contrast with the desert landscape typical to the area. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
