Beautiful newly renovated residence in heart of old town. Residence is the entire second floor of charming old town townhouse. Private entrance. Quick 2 block walk to King street which has everything you could possibly want. Second bedroom has twin bed with a pull up trundle which makes it a king. Second bedroom also has a desk , chair, and monitor making it a perfect rental for people traveling for business. Home also has private outdoor patio and hard to find parking (shared driveway) for 1 car. 7 blocks to Potomac river where you can catch a water taxi to National Mall, National Harbor, The Wharf, Nationals stadium. Super close to Regan airport.

gorgeous spot in alexandria

easy walk to a lot of the busy streets in old town, 15 minute walk from metro and from the water. What an outstanding location! The house was also perfect 1 we hope to visit again soon!

We’ve stayed three times. Host is always responsive and accommodating, the place is always clean and attractive (and the cleaning team that came twice during our long stay was great!), and you can’t beat the location. Great to have a dedicated off-street parking spot, too — street parking in Old Town is not easy. If you want to be in Old Town, this is certainly a very comfortable, quiet, and easy place to stay.

Great spot, great place, great host!

I come to the DC area often and this is now my first choice. Debbie is so responsive and accommodating! The place is very nice, two blocks to the heart of King Street yet quiet, and has a driveway for dedicated parking. Perfect!

Perfect stay

This is the most perfect location and lovely home. The space was clean, inviting and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the space was open and spacious. The neighborhood offered a lot to do. Food, shopping and sight seeing is all walking distance from the condo. The host was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Next time we are in Alexandria, we will definitely look to stay here again.

Lovely stay and responsive host

The place is very nice, tastefully furnished and decorated, and spacious. For those who want to be out and about in Old Town on foot, the location could not be better. Although only two blocks off the center of King Street, the location is not on busy streets and is very quiet. Having our own driveway parking spot was great (that's a bit of rarity in Old Town) which also made it very convenient for anything we needed to do by car. Debra was very quick to respond to any inquiry or request we made during our stay. Highly recommended!
