Cette maison est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances merveilleuses et relaxantes. L'emplacement central vous permet de rejoindre une grande variété de restaurants, de boutiques et de cinémas en moins de 10 minutes de route. Dans le même temps, il y a beaucoup de belles plages à choisir pour regarder le coucher de soleil et profiter des eaux chaudes de la côte du golfe. La maison elle-même a une mise en page ouverte dans une atmosphère paisible. Sortez de la piscine par de grandes portes coulissantes en verre de la cuisine, salon et chambre à coucher. Grâce au cadre privé, vous pouvez pratiquer n'importe quelle activité sans vous soucier de vos voisins - un endroit idéal pour les enfants qui jouent et ne vous inquiétez pas du trafic. Les Big Cypress Golf et Country Club Estates est une communauté privée et amicale. L'un des plus beaux quartiers du nord de Naples. La plage la plus proche est Clam Pass. Ce parc est à l'extrémité ouest de Pine Ridge Road. Il ya un 6-mile promenade 0. qui serpente à travers les mangroves de la plage de la zone de stationnement. Voiturettes de golf chariots de ferry ceux qui ne veulent marcher. La zone de concession a beaucoup à offrir ce qui rend idéal pour les enfants. It’s a great house with lots of space! The kids loved the pool. It had everything we needed. Any store for necessities is nearby. Definitely recommend!

Love the location of the property. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood with privacy. Furnishings are comfortable and the layout of the home provides multiple spots for gathering. Screened in pool area is an added bonus!

The house was nicer than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was very clean and warm. Was a real asset to swim and relax by the pool. House was set back from the road and on a golf course so was very quiet. Also was able to text the property manager for any questions. I would highly recommend.

Winter Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house had plenty of space and the layout was perfect. Great access to beaches and restaurants. The outdoor pool area was ecellent. We highly reccomend!

Wonderful!

We had the most wonderful time staying here. The house is very spacious and accommodating for larger groups. The pool area was great and we spent most of our time there! The beach is just a short drive away! Location is awesome, close to everything. Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys & towels provided also! We plan to come again!

Winter Getaway

This is our second time staying here. We absolutely love the location. It’s close to everything in Naples and the neighborhood is tucked in between the golf course so it’s beautiful, quiet and private. The layout of the home is perfect if you have family or friends staying since the primary bedroom is separate from the other two bedrooms. We will definitely be returning.

A great vacation at this house...again

This is the second six week stay we have enjoyed at this house and I can't say enough good things about it. The house and yard and pool are very comfortable and charming. The pool temperature was warm and perfect; the neighborhood is lovely and the property manager who lives next door was very helpful. The way the house is set up, with two living areas and separated sleeping areas, makes it easy for a family to enjoy each other and have some quiet time as well. All of us, parents, grandparents, teenagers, baby girl, and dog had a great time. I highly recommend this house.

Spring get away

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the hospitality and attentiveness of both Nataly the owner and property manager! A pool hiccup when we arrived was addressed and resolved as promptly as possible. We can’t say enough about that. Everything was as advertised and the home was immaculate. Wonderful well located Naples home with private pool!

We thoroughly enjoyed spring break at this property. The house is well equipped with anything you may need! It was spotless when we arrived. The property manager is right next door, and was always available! The property is located very close to virtually every kind of shop or service you may need, and there are many restaurants nearby. It's in a lovely golf course community so it was also great for walks or bike rides. The property is about 7 minutes from a nearby beach and getting to downtown or some of the local shopping centers is easy We will definitely be returning to this property in the future.

Perfect family get away

This house is much larger and nicer than the photos suggest. There are essentially two wings and each has either a master bedroom or two other bedrooms as well as a large living room area. The kitchen is cheery and well equipped. There are many toys and books and the pool is wonderfully heated and big enough for an entire family to enjoy. The plantings are tropical and pretty and the entire atmosphere is very relaxing. The manager who lives next door was also most helpful. The house is located in a nice and convenient neighborhood. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and plan to visit again.

The house is ok- nice view at the golf- 10 min drive to the beach- (do yourself a huge favor) make sure upon arrival the AC is working-the ice machine in the the freezer from main freezer works property-make sure the master bedroom fan is working- the pool and deck is clean. None of this were ready upon arrival. I will try something else. I will leave this house as last option. Safe travels!

The A/C failure occurred on the day of your check-in and was resolved with a technician visit the very next day — as quickly as possible given the unexpected timing. Regarding the fan and freezer: you mentioned these in your first message and also confirmed that backup solutions were available (such as the extra fridge and fans). Since you did not request follow-up assistance or report them as urgent, we understood these items were not significantly impacting your stay. We always encourage guests to reach out immediately if something requires attention, and we respond promptly whenever possible. You were also granted a courtesy discount in advance, even though your pet was not declared in the original booking. During your stay, you requested additional discounts, which we respectfully declined. Despite this, we extended a generous goodwill offer of 30% off your next visit. While we always welcome honest feedback, we also believe it’s important to reflect the full context of communication and efforts made. Home Away from Home

We loved it at this house. It literally was a hidden gem. The house is hidden from the street and was really beautiful. My boys enjoyed the pool table and the heated pool. There were so many games available to play outside of these. Comfy beds and couches. We had a small issue with the shower head and Natalia responded to my email right away and had all of my concerns resolved immediately. If ever you're in the Naples area, I would recommend staying here. I know we'll be back for sure. Thank you Natalia. You have a beautiful home!

Beautiful location!

Of course being on a golf course is beautiful but even more amazing are the huge trees surrounding this property! Its setting is serene. For you sunbathers out there, don’t worry…there’s also plenty of sun! The house is huge and laid out well for people who need or want a little privacy or for those who want to gather in a large group. The pool is big enough to swim short laps and has very comfy seating around it. All the seating is comfy! The beds too. Super soft sheets. Great location in Naples. We had to secure a few basic items so check the house before you go shopping. But the Dollar Store and Target are near enough to grab those items! Overall it was a great two weeks and we would stay again - and again - and again!!

Great Vacation

We had a very great vacation and great weather. The location was super nice with being super close to the beach and Costco. We got to see the Revs Museum which was great. We got to swim at the pool everyday which was super nice. The rooms were clean and spacious and there was plenty of utensils for eating and cooking. It was our second year at this house and thank you for another great experience.

Great location close to the beach.

The property is tucked back off of the street, so it feels somewhat private. It is very close to the beach (less than 10 minutes) - so that was nice to enjoy the convenience daily. This house is huge, with two different large living areas. TONS of soft towels to use, both for the bathrooms and the beach. Another huge bonus was that there is lots of beach equipment to use in the garage. This saved us from having to buy beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc, for the week. Great place to stay for the price. Only negatives was that the dishwasher didn't drain, and a lot of the lights flicker while using the various dimmers. Other than that, the place was great. Would recommend.

Wonderful home

The property was the perfect location for us. It's tucked in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything in Naples. It's comfortable furnishings and well equipped kitchen made us feel right at home. The generous sized windows throughout the living space made it bright and open to the outdoors. There was also a nice assortment of beach chairs etc provided as well as 2 bikes. But what we enjoyed the most was the western facing lanai which allowed us to spend every evening watching the beautiful Florida sunsets. We've already booked another stay!

Naples stay

Stayed two weeks in January- Excellent location near shopping, restaurants and activities. Quiet with a private drive. Nice view of golf course. Manager had to step in to address issues with pool, sewer backup, and central heat. She responded promptly. Property was clean and kitchen quite functional. We spent time at Naples Botanic gardens, Nature conservancy, corkscrew sanctuary and more.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property managers were very responsive, and if we noticed anything broken (pool cue/toaster), they were very quick to address it. The house was fully equipped.

Amazing House with great Amenities - Hidden Gem

We loved this house. The photos don't do the place justice. The house is large and spacious. We loved the pool along with the BBQ. The garage has 2 bikes plus a kids bike and a bike trailer for little kids. Plus they had toys for kids. The kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies. We really felt like being at home while we stayed here. Beds are super comfortable. We will be coming back again for sure.

Great place, wonderful host!

We enjoyed our stay from the beginning to the end. The location is great, in a quiet neighbourhood but close to everything you need. The house is clean, comfortable, well equipped. Just what we needed

This property was great as it was in a neighborhood close to everything we needed. It was quiet so the kids could walk, bike, and rollerblade. The property had everything we needed including the space for a family of 6. We had relatives in the area and we had them over frequently since the space was sufficient to accommodate us and them. Thank you for a great vacation!
