House was clean on the inside and the beds were great! Much better than you’d find in most rental properties. The house was fully stocked with anything you’d need and we like the Naples Park location.

Property has an incredible covered lanai area with pool and hot tub. Great quiet neighborhood, perfect for walking the fur baby and riding bikes. Very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Had a great time.

We met our family in Naples for a long weekend and needed a place to host them for Saturday with all the amenities. This house was great for that! The pool and outdoor area are wonderful for entertaining! There's a TV outside as well and just lots to keep everyone entertained.The house is a good size and has everything you need for a getaway. Host was great with communication and a good time was had by all.A couple of things to look out for here, the back sliding door doesn't lock and we had to jimmy it to keep it that way. I'm hoping the host has this fixed soon. The outdoor area is great but could use some landscaping and a thorough cleaning/upkeep to get the full experience. Just needs a little love.Outside of that, house is great and I would recommend! Terrific area!!

Our Florida Getaway

This property did not fail to impress, exactly as described. We enjoyed the backyard thoroughly. It was close to both beach and shopping and many attractions. Perfect combination of relaxation and fun for our family.

Amazing house and host!

We had an amazing time at the house! The backyard is amazing to relax in and provided plenty of entertainment with the lawn games and pool. The host, Mike, was also extremely responsive and kind. Will definitely be a repeat visitor and highly recommend the home and host!

Great vacation home

We had a great time here! Michael was a great host and the home is fantastic. The backyard is a great hang out spot, awesome pool, lots of games, outdoor tv, has everything you need. The home was clean and comfortable. We were pretty close to everything, beaches 5 mins away. I would suggest Bluebill beach, this was our favourite, calm waters, crystal clear and not busy at all. Enjoyed our stay

Perfect property

Theresa and Michael very helpful. House is newly renovated and very comfortable. A plus having a hot tub and bicycles. Overall a lovely stay. would recommend for a family with children as well.

Florida Fun!

Had a great time visiting family in beautiful Naples. So much to do! Even with Hurricane Debbie our spirits were not dampened and Michael's house was charming! Loved the outdoor space and even enjoyed the covered hot tub during a rain shower. If you like spending your time out doors, this is the place for you!

Great location

The house was very comfortable and well-equipped. The backyard was wonderful. Great pool and hot tub. Comfortable to stay in a have a BBQ. The screened-in porch allowed us to stay out in the evening without getting bitten. The owner was very responsive to any of our needs. The location was also great. An easy walk to the beach or to Mercato where there were plenty of restaurants and shops. Wonderful, relaxing vacation!

Rainy stay but still enjoyable

Thanks to the wonderful amenities in this home we were able to enjoy ourselves even though the weather was cold and rainy. It is a beautiful property and it is very well equipped. Very comfortable very cozy very enjoyable. We certainly did enjoy the hot tub since it was quite chilly out we never went out to dinner because we cooked, we played games And watched football

A short staycation!

This property would have easily been a five out of five if there wasn’t some safety concerns with the sliding door. I will address this later in this review. First, let me say the check in process was easy. Second, the property owners were very considerate with the housing amenities. For example, they provided bicycles (enough for 5 people), beach equipment, and etc! Third, the backyard area was to die for. The property has a gorgeous pool, lovely grill, and a big screen outdoor tv. There are also games, table tennis, and so much more. Fourth, the inside was beautiful with very comfortable bedding. Lastly, if I had to point out one concern, it would be the sliding door. It needs to be redone, remodeled, and/or it greatly needs to be repaired. We had to jimmy ridge the door to lock at night and it still really wasn’t locked. The backyard has a huge screen set up so this gave us some peace at mind. To the owners, please replace that sliding door.

We were in town for a college visit and soccer camp. Let me start by saying the team was very responsive and worked with our needs on a short turnaround! Awesome response time - thanks! The house perfectly suited our needs- it was clean, in a safe neighborhood, easy access to everything. The backyard is great for hanging out and enjoying each other. The inside of the house is small but as advertised. The beds are comfortable! Kitchen clean with some cooking supplies. The living area could use better seating-the chair and soda were hard and low- not conducive for a family movie night or playing games. The parking was great in the driveway. We had a loved one join us for day and both cars fit great- easy to unload ( esp if you were coming from grocery store or beach)! Laundry was in the garage attached to house- it was large and clean. Overall a great experience for a quick little get away for a visit.
