Welcome to your Lake LBJ summer getaway -- a modern farmhouse retreat on the shores of Lake LBJ in Kingsland, Texas. Constructed in 2024 and designed for families and groups seeking unforgettable memories, this spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bath home sleeps up to 12 guests and blends upscale comfort with Texas Hill Country charm. From morning paddles to evenings by the firepit, this is where summer memories are made.

THE PERFECT LAKE GETAWAY
With direct access to Lake LBJ, this home is a dream for boating, swimming, paddling, and relaxing on the water. We provide everything you need for lake fun, including kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and other water toys. Unwind on the private deck, spend the day exploring the cove, or roast marshmallows around the premium Breeo firepit -- firewood included. If you're looking for power watercraft, you may arrange boat or Waverunner rentals from nearby Splash Boat Rentals.

Upstairs, the open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings, stylish decor, and plenty of space to gather. The fully equipped kitchen and large dining area make it easy to host group meals, game nights, or laid-back mornings with coffee and conversation.

Please note that Lakeside Bliss features an elevated floorplan similar to a beach house. Guests must use stairs to enter the home and access the main living areas. While this design offers beautiful views and an open feel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility limitations.

THE FINE PRINT
This is a lakefront property in the Texas Hill Country. While we maintain regular pest control, insects and wildlife may be present, especially in warmer months.

Use of the lake, dock, kayaks, paddleboards, and other equipment is at your own risk. Guests accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur and agree to supervise children and anyone with health conditions around the water.

Life jackets are strongly encouraged and provided as a courtesy, but sizes are not guaranteed. Guests are responsible for checking the condition and fit of any life jackets used and for any damage to watercraft or equipment.

For guest safety and property protection, the home is equipped with a Ring doorbell, three exterior security cameras, and an alarm system. All cameras are located in visible outdoor areas and used strictly for security purposes—primarily to deter theft and enhance guest safety. There are no cameras inside the home or with any view of the interior. Surveillance data is accessed only when needed and is deleted regularly.

By booking, all guests acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to hold the owner harmless. A rental agreement and liability waiver may be required to finalize the reservation.

Birthday weekend to celebrate #75 and we could not have been more pleased with the setup. The host was quick to respond to any questions and provided all the right information to make our stay as simple as could be. The house was well equipped and modern, didn’t need to bring anything from home to enjoy a weekend at the lake. The kids had plenty to do and enjoyed kayaking and paddle boards in the cove during the day, catching catfish at night. Looking forward to our next stay here!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home despite the crazy weather. There were many activities we were able to enjoy that are provided by the homeowner. The beds were very comfortable. The property is enclosed with a privacy fence and gate that adds of level of security and privacy.

Perfect Lake Getaway

We loved this property! The location was perfect for floating around in the lake. We enjoyed getting to use the provided kayaks and paddleboards in the protected cove the house sits on. Loved the putdoor living spaces. Easy access to so many other things as well. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could have wanted. Can't wait to visit again.

10 out of 10Chad was an amazing host. Check in/out instructions were very clear. The house has a nice layout, very clean, and nicely decorated. The cornhole, axe throwing and ping pong were a nice way to spend a late afternoon. The location was great, as our family was able to kayak around the channel and fish with ease. Chad was kind enough to offer early check in which we gladly accepted and he even gave us a heads up on the local festivities. Our 2 families had a great time and created lots of good memories. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family rental

Beautiful house with lots of room for family to share a special time together over Thanksgiving. Both adults and children all enjoyed the games provided, both inside and out, along with fishing off the deck and enjoying the outdoor water activities. Making smores was a great ending to perfect days. Host is very pro-active and quick to communicate, and owners have provided everything you can think of to make our stay comfortable and just like being at home. We would definitely rent again if ever back in the area.

Quintessential River Retreat

This house has everything you need and nothing you don’t. It was the perfect layout and set up for our group. Our family had one side of the house and our friends had the other side. We loved the indoor patio area downstairs where the kids could eat and hangout without disturbing the sleeping baby upstairs and allowing the adults to relax in peace upstairs. It was so nice that it came with plenty of beach towels, paddleboards and kayaks. Our kids had a blast playing in the water as well as enjoying cornhole and ping pong. Kitchen had all the supplies we needed to grill out and cook delicious food for the weekend. We have nothing but praises to sing with this place and we highly recommend it for your next family getaway, or vacation with friends!

Amazing place!!

10 stars!! Beautiful home and property with enough watercraft and activities to keep three older teenagers happy and adults relaxed. And inside had everything to cook and hang out for much needed family time. Our family has vacationed each summer for 20+ years and this will be at the top of our list to talk about for a long time!! We came from Abilene and San Angelo for the long weekend!

Amazing Family Vacation

This property met all of our family's needs while on vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots & pans for cooking as well as good knives, plenty of silverware and glassware. The kids & teens in our group loved the access to several kayaks/paddle boards and the parents liked that it was easy to keep track of the paddlers in the long cove. The home's location in Kingsland was ideal for easy access to HEB, convenience stores, coffee shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this home for a relaxing lake trip where the parents can unwind and the kids can play.

Relaxing retreat on the lake

Such an amazing and beautiful property. It was very spacious and clean and had lots of amenities. Beds were comfortable the restrooms were spacious with amazing showers. Kitchen was beautiful and spacious had very high tech stove had a washer and dryer. We enjoyed that they had a refrigerator upstairs and downstairs. We appreciate that they left us enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and they even left us a s’more kit and extra stuff for the dishwasher. Downstairs there’s a beautiful porch surrounded by screens with tables and chairs and a TV to sit around and talk and relax. They also have games and a fire pit. The house is in a cove, so it’s nice and peaceful outside. We brought our boat and tied up to the dock with no problems. We give this property five stars and will definitely be staying here again.

Lakeside perfection!

My husband and I along with our two teenage children stayed in this wonderful gem of a home in August of 2024. We celebrated our children’s birthdays and they each brought a couple of friends. This joke was perfect for us! I don’t even know where to begin! Chad, the host was so attentive. We accidentally left something behind and he has offered to mail it to us. So kind of him! This place has it ALL! It is a luxury, new, modern, adorable, farmhouse style home. They have literally thought of EVERYTHING! We had everything we needed and more for cooking in the kitchen. The kids loved the paddle boards and kayaks that were provided. The cove was perfect for floating and paddle boarding. We loved just sitting on the dock and the large back balcony. There are games galore downstairs as well including a ping pong table. The room downstairs was perfect for the teens to hang out! The floor plan was perfect for us. The beds are all extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are so beautiful! I’m in love with the kitchen too! The location could not be more convenient. It is literally two minutes from the HEB in Kingsland and not even five minutes to Boat Town. We all LOVE this home and cannot wait to come back. We have stayed in MANY homes on LBJ over the years and this one is by far our favorite. It is a beauty and one of a kind. Can’t wait to return! Thank you Chad for your hospitality and for having us! Some of our favorite memories involve swimming in the cove, paddleboarding at sunset, playing games on the deck, and just enjoying time together away from the usual distractions. The lake has always been our place to slow down, reconnect, and recharge as a family.

When we built Lakeside Bliss, we wanted to create a place where others could experience that same feeling. We put a lot of heart into designing a home that is not just comfortable and stylish, but also easy to enjoy. From the layout to the amenities, everything is designed to help guests relax, have fun, and make lasting memories. Whether you are cooking in the open kitchen, playing games downstairs, or watching the stars by the firepit, our hope is that it feels effortless and welcoming.

Hosting gives us a chance to share something meaningful with others. We love hearing from families, couples, and groups of friends who have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, or just spent a much-needed weekend away at the house. We chose this location because it offers the perfect mix of relaxation and recreation. It is a peaceful, laid-back lakefront setting where you can truly unwind and enjoy the slower pace of life. Whether you are sipping coffee on the deck in the morning, paddling through the calm waters of the cove, grilling with friends and family, or floating under the Texas sun, everything you need to recharge is right outside your door.

One of the things we love most is how calm the cove is. There is very little boat traffic, which makes it ideal for swimming, paddleboarding, or simply listening to the water as it laps against the dock. It is a great spot for families, especially with kids, to enjoy the lake in a relaxed and safe environment.

When you are ready for more activity, you are just minutes from the open water of Lake LBJ, where you can boat, ski, or explore the shoreline. There are great restaurants nearby, whether you want something casual after a day on the water or a more upscale dinner out. You can also spend a day visiting Hill Country wineries, playing golf at The Legends, or hiking the scenic trails at Inks Lake and Longhorn Cavern State Parks.

The nearby towns of Marble Falls, Llano, and Burnet offer even more to explore, including local shops, live music, festivals, and some of the best barbecue in the region. This location makes it easy to enjoy the peace and privacy of the lake while staying close to everything we love about the Hill Country.

We enjoy spending entire days at the house without ever needing to leave, but when we do want to explore, everything we need is within easy reach. That balance is what makes this place so special to us, and why we think guests fall in love with it too.
