Bienvenue chez Angie's Place! Un chalet de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains au 2Ăšme Ă©tage juste au-dessus du rĂȘve d'Al. Ce chalet magnifiquement rĂ©novĂ© est juste en face de la plage primĂ©e de Coquina sur l'Ăźle Anna Maria.

Angie's Place dispose d'un grand coin salon avec une télévision, un lecteur DVD et une connexion Wi-Fi. Profitez de tout le confort de la maison dans une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, parfaite pour les collations de l'aprÚs-midi ou pour préparer vos prises du jour!

Il y a deux chambres merveilleusement confortables avec un lit king size dans le maßtre et deux lits jumeaux dans la deuxiÚme chambre. Pas de lésine sur les draps chez Angie's ... nous fournissons un nombre de marches élevé, des draps 100% coton. Bien que les serviettes et les draps soient fournis, profitez d'une laveuse et d'une sécheuse pour votre commodité.

Bien que l'intérieur d'Angie soit à peu prÚs aussi parfait qu'un chalet de plage, les équipements de plein air sont la vraie raison de vos vacances en Floride! Profitez d'un balcon avant hors du salon principal avec une table pour profiter de votre petit-déjeuner tout en regardant l'eau. Il y a aussi un balcon prÚs de la chambre principale, parfait pour entrer dans un autre chapitre de vos vacances en lisant tout en regardant la piscine.

La cour arriÚre / piscine est un espace partagé avec Al's Dream, l'unité en bas. Nous n'avons jamais de problÚmes de «partage», car il y a beaucoup de chaises longues et de siÚges autour de la piscine pour que tout le monde puisse en profiter! Assurez-vous de regarder les belles photos de cette oasis tropicale luxuriante!

Cottages By The Sea est situĂ© sur la 8e rue, premier bĂątiment au large de Gulf Drive. La plage est littĂ©ralement Ă  quelques pas! Une autre grande chose Ă  propos de l'emplacement est qu'il est Ă  distance de marche de Bridge Street, une petite zone amusante avec des restaurants, des bars, des magasins et le Sunday Farmers Market. Le chariot gratuit a Ă©galement un arrĂȘt trĂšs proche.

We spent more time at the beach! Loved having the beach chairs available to us, that made for a great time to relax out there. The pool had all the amenities you could ask for. The temp was great. It was a perfect size and loved having a table and multiple chairs to just hang out on a patio.

Really enjoyed are stay. We stayed here six years ago and wanted to come back. So close to the beach. We loved it! Some newer beach towel would be nice and a sharp knife. We brought all our own beach stuff, that worked great. We are planning to come back someday soon. Can’t beat the location

Great vacation unit

Clean, comfortable unit with semi private pool within 1 block of a lovely beach. Communication was excellent. We very much appreciated the basic supplies left in the unit for us. Beach chairs and an umbrella were also available for us to use which was great.

Update the listing

The photos of this property looked very inviting. Clean, fresh, bright, like a lovely oasis. Unfortunately, they must have been taken quite a while ago. The place was okay, but sort of run down, with messy piles of building materials and other junk. Also, the “heated” pool was cold and the filter wasn’t working to keep it properly clean so we weren’t able to use it until we made several calls to have it checked. The description of the pool is what helped us decide to rent this property, so we felt cheated. The location was great, as was the beach and area with restaurants that were within walking distance, so not a total bust anyway.

Nice place, most excellent location. Could use a ‘once over’ check up as towels were a joke (thin, worn, gray)Outside balcony lights did not work, shower curtain a lil moldy. For the price, I would suggest a little upgrading is all. Generally an ok place!

Great stay in great beach view location

Angie's place was a very comfortable home away from home. I loved sitting on the upper deck looking at the ocean. The amenities were nice, and the property is well kept.

Angie’s Place

We had an incredible stay! The location was perfect – just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The house itself had everything we needed and more, from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds and spacious living areas. We especially loved relaxing on the porch in the evenings or the pool. It was the perfect spot for a getaway, and we can’t wait to return.

A quaint little home steps away from the beach! It made it perfect for a quick morning or evening beach walk. Having a pool out back was also a plus for the red flag days!

Angie's Place

We had a great time overall staying at Angie's Place. Very cute beach getaway and short walk to the beach. The outdoor pool area is perfect for a beach stay, but wasn't quite as kept up as the photos appear. Fallen and dead palm fronds were on patio tables and grounds and the pool/patio lights automatically shut off at 10:40 p.m. which we thought was weird. Extra blankets would be nice and updated pillows are definitely needed. Otherwise, everything else was just as expected. Would stay again!

Fun in the Sun

This was a very handy location for us and the trolly was a big help. So close to the beaches. We didn't like having to go up all those stairs when unloading and loading the car. We had a great time and everything was provided that we needed. Very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. would do again.

Super cute Bungalow

Our stay was amazing. The decor was super cute indoors and out. The beds were comfy and the pool was vary clean. Parking was excellent. Very spacious. Views from the decks were amazing. Perfect location, The bay and the gulf were within view of the property. Would highly recommend

Clean and comfortable

It is a very cute place. We found it clean & comfortable. It was nice to have laundry detergent included (& a footstool by the dryer to see the dial) The reclining sofa with the power headrest was very comfortable for reading or watching tv. There was construction to the street in front of the condo, so we only used the front balcony when they were not there. When we were in the pool, we realized how nice it would be to rent both units when traveling with our adult children or with friends. It is a lovely gathering area in the back & then you have your own space to retreat to as well. The patio photos should be updated to show that there are lounge chairs, which many would find a bonus.

Comfy, Wonderful cottage by the beach

This was our 2nd stay on AMI and we've stayed at Angies place both times. We were very impressed on both occasions, with everything. The location is 2nd to none! Very quiet neighborhood with all the amenities you could ask for at tge property! Would choose Angies place again...Hands down!! 5 STARS

Beautiful beach cottage

Angie’s place is exactly as they advertise it to be. It was in the best location. We were able to walk to the beach and walk to bridge street. Very clean and very comfortable. Welcome bag was a nice touch. Pool was comfortable also but area needed to be cleaned up a bit. And new beach chairs and umbrella are definitely needed. Overall, it was a great house.

Relaxation at its finest

This was the perfect getaway for myself and my teenagers. Walked right across the street to the beach which was not heavily crowded. Having a pool for times we wanted to relax without the heat scorching us was the best addition. Sharing the pool was not a problem at all. Our downstairs neighbors for the trip were very kind and peaceful as well. Angie’s place was fantastic!!

Could have been better!

We felt that we didn't get our monies worth. There was lot of noise due to construction in the neighborhood. Pool area was really dirty and pool was not heated. While on vacation, we didn't expect to play house keeper during our stay.
