Get ready to relax in this completely renovated 2-bedroom 2 bathroom apartment "St. John" in Bradenton Beach. This quaint property is part of 4 units features 2 king beds, a cozy living room with an additional queen bed pull-out, and 2 bathrooms. "St. John" comes with a beach cart, beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs and 6 beach towels for the short walk to the Anna Maria Island beach access.

You will enjoy the serene atmosphere and modern amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine. Our location is within walking distance to plenty of amazing local restaurants and attractions with a free trolly stop just 2 blocks away to get you anywhere you need to go. If you are looking to add more family/friends this is a private compound offering 4 total units, 2 Units with pools, please inquire on the availability of the other 3 units. A grill and on site parking offered.

I would give Stephan 6 stars if I could for communication and recommendations for local hot spots for food, coffee, and markets. He was more than accommodating during my 4-day stay. Fantastic location just a block from the beach. Thank you Stephan! Would def recommend.

We had a great stay! The condo was in a great location. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The unit had everything we needed. We would definitely book another stay the next time we visit!

As advertised. This was a perfect location for my family and I. Four of us total. Just down a small road from the beach. Very very walkable. Quiet area but just a short drive to a more touristy busy area if you wan that. Place was very clean. Minimal, but not in a bad way. Just tidy. Two bedrooms and two baths. Had a couple of small issues but they were addressed quickly and friendly.

Awesome spot in the middle of Ana Maria, walking distance to the beach or a short drive to bean point or coquina beaches as well as longboat key. Would def stay here again

Absolutely perfect! Spacious and very clean! The beds and pillows were comfortable and the pool was great to cool off after a day on the water! The hosts were great at responding and had wonderful local restaurant recommendations. Would 100% book again when we go back!

Great stay

We had an amazing stay! The house was incredibly clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the beach within walking distance. Stephan was also very responsive and helpful, providing us with great local recommendations on the island. We are looking forward to other trip to the island and stay here.

Nice bathrooms and bedrooms! Very nice small chlorine pool… only drawback is if you have a large party sharing the pool next door. Great communication with owner, met while there. Missed having an outdoor shower, but other than that very nice.

Can’t wait to go back!

This place was absolutely perfect for a beach getaway! The property manager was very responsive and welcoming. The apartment was stocked with everything we could need. The walk to the beach was easy and less than 5 minutes. We also enjoyed having access to the pool. We are already planning our next trip to stay here!

Great location!

Our stay was great. We could not ask for a better location for the price. We were in the middle of Ana Maria Island. The condo was immaculate and the pool was an added plus. Stephan was super responsive if we needed anything. The trolley is an easy way to around the island, but if you want to come and go as you please, rent a golf cart. We walked to the beach every day. It was pretty awesome. The only comment I can make is we had to wash towels and buy toilet paper. If you want to cook, you have to buy everything, from foil to spices, not a big deal, the Publix is a trolley ride away.

Stayed here last weekend. Amazing accommodations. Would definitely stay here again! Clean, modern and just wonderful. Host provides a beach cart to carry your belongings to the beach and also provides two beach chairs. However, our “neighbor” in the adjoining unit took our provided beach chairs for themselves. This is not the host’s fault. Just inconsiderate “neighbors”. We didn’t go to the beach during our stay so it wasn’t a big deal. Maybe put the provided chairs inside your room so inconsiderate neighbors can’t take them for themselves if they have a large family and need more than their two complimentary two chairs. There was a minor “hiccup” with our room access and code. Not a big deal at all. Reached out to our host Stephan and he arranged for my husband and I to have free drinks and appetizers at a very nice restaurant for us. So nice of him! We ended up having to leave a day earlier than expected and Stephan suggested next time we go we could get a free night because of have to leave a day early!! How wonderful of him!! Overall a great stay, nice clean place, wonderful host. Wonderful location! Would stay again! And I have to mention the AC and beds and sheets!!! AMAZING! The beds and sheets are awesome! Slept like a baby! The air conditioning is on point!!! Walking into the room the AC felt like a Disney Hotel! We kept the temp at 72 and it was colder than normal AC 72, I can’t explain it. It was so yummy comfortable. Thank You
