Get ready to relax in this completely renovated 2-bedroom 2 bathroom Villa "St. John" in Bradenton Beach. This quaint property is part of 4 units featuring 2 king beds, a cozy living room with an additional queen bed pull-out, and 2 bathrooms. "St. John" comes with a beach cart, beach umbrella, 4 beach chairs (2 high and 2 low) and 6 beach towels for the short walk to the Anna Maria Island beach access.

You will enjoy the serene atmosphere and modern amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine. Our location is within walking distance to plenty of amazing local restaurants and attractions with a free trolly stop just a few blocks away to get you anywhere you need to go. If you are looking to add more family/friends these private villas-please inquire on the availability of the other 3 units. A grill and on site parking offered.

Our stay was wonderful. The villa is beautiful, spotless, well equipped and very well maintained. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to everything we needed. The tropical courtyard made it feel relaxing and private. The hosts were incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again.

The Saints vacation homes complex was an absolute gem! The location is a very short few minutes walk to the beach, the host is friendly and checks in to make sure things are going well, the home was updated,clean and well equipped with all the cooking and beach necessities you need. House is cute and well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Stephen was very accommodating. We arrived early and he allowed us to store our bags in the house while it was being cleaned. He gave us recommendations for where to eat. He was very fast about communicating with us. My daughter needed a shower chair due to a disability and he had one for us. Allowed us to store our bags after check out. Great location - 2 blocks from the beach. Definitely recommend!

Stephan’s place is great! Super close to the beach and some cute restaurants. Went for a girls trip and would definitely stay again. Stephan was super responsive and accommodating. I might consider renting a golf cart next time, especially if traveling as a family, as the free trolly that can take you up and down the island wasn’t super on time but if you happened to catch it, it was a great option!! Thanks for a great time! We will all definitely be back!

As advertised. This was a perfect location for my family and I. Four of us total. Just down a small road from the beach. Very very walkable. Quiet area but just a short drive to a more touristy busy area if you wan that. Place was very clean. Minimal, but not in a bad way. Just tidy. Two bedrooms and two baths. Had a couple of small issues but they were addressed quickly and friendly.

We had an amazing stay! The house was incredibly clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the beach within walking distance. Stephan was also very responsive and helpful, providing us with great local recommendations on the island. We are looking forward to other trip to the island and stay here.
