Welcome to our breathtaking hilltop hideaway at beautiful Seneca Lake!
Enjoy privacy at your secluded sanctuary while close to boating, beach, splashpad, hiking, restaurants and including all of our resort amenities. The Hill House features 3 spacious bedrooms with blackout curtains, 2 full bathrooms with towels, full eat in kitchen equipped with bakeware, pots and pans, blender, crockpot, utensils, knives and brand new stainless appliances as well as drip and Keurig coffee pots. Laundry room with oversized washer and dryer and much more. We have thought of everything to make your vacation to Seneca Lake one to remember. Spend quiet evenings watching the boats on the water from the brand new covered TREX deck with outdoor seating and propane fire table. Unwind at the end of the day in your private hot tub overlooking the lake. Stargazing on the hill is a magical experience and 4th of July fireworks can be viewed from the best seat in the county!
Wake up to stunning views from the King size master with walk in closet and spacious ensuite bath with glass enclosed shower. Bedroom 2 features a cozy Queen bed and shares a full tub/shower combo bathroom with the bunkroom that comfortably sleeps 4 in XL twin bunkbeds. Hop over to Skyline Resort for mini-golf, disc golf, paddle boats, fishing at our private 8 acre pond and dining at the Skyline Grill or a cocktail at the Skyline Pub. Also available are arcade games and pool tables. Don't feel like cooking? Give the Grill a call or order online for delivery to the Hill House. This place is an absolute gem. The views and outdoor space are breathtaking. The house is very clean, is well stocked and you can tell the property is well taken care of. We will definitely be back!!

The house was really nice, and the views of the lake were awesome. My family had a great time, we will be back in the future. The hot tub and covered patio was a popular hangout spot. The grandsons also enjoyed the private fishing by the lodge. Thank you to the management, we all left happy.

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway with kids. The view was even better than in the pictures. House was clean, layout was awesome, and overall amazing experience. Had to get in touch with the host due to a brief power outage. The owner was there within 20 minutes and the issue was resolved. We learned that he owns all the Skyline Resorts properties, and will definitely be renting from them again.

Great view with privacy

The property was very clean and private, nice and quiet. The view out back was amazing. Many amenities and kitchen supplies were available. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing View

We stayed over Thanksgiving and loved this place. It was cold, but that didn't stop us; we did some hiking on nearby trails, enjoyed the hot tub under the starts, and even did a family "polar plunge" in Seneca Lake. Would highly recommend this property. The views cannot be beat!

Family gathering for a memorial service in Cambridge, Ohio

Very comfortable and functional house for the six of us who stayed this past weekend for a local memorial service. Amazing lake scenary!!! Nice furnished cover porch with a fire pit. Also a nice pub with great pizza, wings, and salads near the end of the house driveway.

Beautiful Stay!

Had an incredibly relaxing weekend at the Hill House in Seneca Lake. The hot tub was amazing, the views were gorgeous and the yard was great for our kids to play in. We made s'mores in the fire pit and enjoyed the lounge area on the patio. The house was close by to hiking and parks. there was an abundance of towels for use and a well stocked kitchen!

This house was absolutely amazing! We needed a place to just "escape" from the hustle and bustle and this house did just the trick for us. Our family had more than enough room to spread out and enjoy the scenery. All of the beds were comfortable, the house was very well cleaned. Plenty of towels and blankets, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. Sitting on the patio by the fire and watching the kids in the hot tub, while having the view of the lake in the background was amazing. I would vacation here again!

Little getaway

We booked a last minute getaway and scored this gem. It was so clean, beautiful and accommodating! We weren’t expecting the hot tub but was a nice feature, especially with the gorgeous view of the lake. It was absolutely perfect for our little family of four. We spent a lot of time at the house and just relaxed and enjoyed our time together with the serene and relaxing atmosphere of the area. Would love to return in the future!

Amazing View

High on the hill provided an amazing unobstructed view of the lake. House and location was great. Host checked on us and was very responsive to messages. Rural setting so limited options for food close so be prepared. Perfect spot to get away! Be sure to use the location in the app as address in gps was not quite accurate.

Seneca Lake Birthday Weekend

View is beautiful. We were blessed by a picturesque view of rainbow over the lake. Hot tub was great feature. Loved my morning coffee on the patio. Food and entertainment at Grill and Pub was fantastic. Home was comfortable and nicely decorated. Would suggest a grab bar or railing at garage door entrance for elderly or disabled.

The view! Hands down one of the most amazing views I've seen. All of the recent updates and high end finishes also make the Hill House a perfect destination for a family/friends/girls trip getaway.
The resort amenities also set this property apart; Restaurant, Pub, General Store, Large covered deck with weekend entertainment fishing, paddle boats, disc golf can all be found on the resort property.
