We’re making upgrades, including paver improvements, with guest comfort in mind. While work is ongoing, we strive to minimize disruptions and appreciate your understanding.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• A damage deposit of $50/night (for any damage, items missing or additional cleaning is required)
• Overnight parking fee: $11.19 per night (includes $10.00 parking fee + $1.19 tax)
• Pets: 1 Dog, $40 plus tax per night
• Housekeeping: end-of-stay
• Pool and hot tub hours: 8AM -10PM
• Coin-operated laundry machines are available in the Bighorn and Sagebrush buildings.
• Communal microwaves are available for guest use, centrally located throughout each building.

Great stopping spot

My husband & I only stayed one night, but enjoyed our stay and the all the facilities had to offer. We discussed that we would like to come back as it would be a great place to stay when off hiking or exploring the city.We loved the restaurant and the outdoor seating along the Deschutes river, the food was top notch and very relaxing.

My husband and I did a quick overnight after a concert. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean, big, with a comfortable bed. I’d definitely stay again.

It was a large expansive property with lots of amenities. But you had to drive or walk quite a bit to get around the resort. Not a problem unless you're disabled or unable to walk. When making a reservation we weren't given the option to book a Riverfront room or a parking lot View room. There was no delineation of rooms. So when we got there we had a parking lot room. I would have loved to have paid for and had a place on the river because in order to see the river which is the main thing at the resort, we had to walk quite a ways from our room and then find chairs in the bar area of currents or on the deck with the diners or walk even further try to find some vacant random tears along the river. Also we were there for four nights so we needed some resupplying of toiletries and things that we didn't bring. So we would go to the front desk where they had a little gift shop with some assorted food and drink things and health and wellness stuff etc. But very very limited and not even toothpaste or not even mouthwash and not even hair products. Yes there was a WinCo grocery store a few blocks away but that meant having to go to our car and get in and navigate to the store and then the store was huge and very hard to find anything so took a long time. Not complaining really just pointing out so you don't get stuck like we did.

Booking through leavetown saved me

We’ve stayed at riverhouse many times - we needed an extended stay for this trip and I was skeptical since it was through a third party and not the hotel however it ended up saving us tons of booking fees.

Beautiful property. The air conditioning unit is loud and turns on and off disturbing sleep. We had to turn it off to sleep which mad the room too warm.

The room was clean and the property was centrally located. Some downsides were a slow draining bathroom sink, wobbly toilet seat, loud bathroom fan, limited TV options with wonky remote, no vending, and dated decor. The onsite restaurant had difficulty fulfilling our dessert order. All around, given the price, I expected a more exceptional property.
