Welcome to 598 Cedar St. This fully furnished home has been completely renovated from top to bottom with top of the line finishes and fixtures. You will appreciate the attention to detail and the amenities it has to offer. It has an open floor plan with large living room with Kitchen with new Legacy Black Cabinets and Blue Pearl Granite Countertops has a breakfast bar and Stainless Steel Microwave, range, dishwasher and refrigerator all included. Three bedrooms and two baths make up the 1488 sq ft all on one story. All flooring is new with carpeted bedrooms, handscraped Laminate in the living room and Porcelain tile in the kitchen laundry and hall bath. The master suite has a huge Walkin closet, custom dual sinks with Renoir Granite tops and large soaking tub. French doors lead out to rear patio and two car garage with extra storage. This Home heats with a new Natural gas furnace and so utilities are very affordable. Location is excellent it is close to the Library, city park, central center and Rt 35, 104 And Rt 23. All utilities (Gas, electric, water, sewer, trash and recycling ) are included and paid by owner. It is agent owned.
