Step into the spacious living area where floor-to-ceiling windows provide breathtaking views of the lazy river and surrounding beauty. The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa and a Smart TV, ensuring entertainment is just a click away.

Additionally, there is a $150 registration fee, $100 deposit for an approved leash, and a $5 service fee to be paid at the Phoenix on the Bay II front desk.
