This beautiful home on stilts overlooks the open water with amazing views from dusk to dawn. Features in the home include two furnished bedrooms with two full bathrooms, well appointed with all the amenities one could ask for while on vacation! The main living room has french glass doors and large picture windows allowing the outdoors in and leads to a porch overlooking the water. The kitchen features lots of cabinets , countertop space and an island with seating for preparation of your favorite meals with stainless steel appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, range, oven and refrigerator with ice and water at the door, and full attention to small appliances and cookware.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen TV, double closets, ceiling fan and private full size bathroom. The guest bedrooms features a queen bed, a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, closet, and access to hallway full size bathroom.

A boating dream location, the dock is equipped with heavy duty dock posts, fish cleaning table and cleats and offers immediate access to the ocean and gulf!

Downstairs is an open air patio with a spacious outdoor gathering area featuring a picnic table, BBQ and 4 new bikes.

The house is beautiful. Unfortunately the weather was the coldest in years..The views were amazing! All modern conveniences provided; including linens, towels, beach towels & even had bikes. It would’ve been nice to have some coffee pods to use with the machine. Also, would be nice if there were little things like sugar or salt & pepper.

Spring Break Getaway

Very clean and had a great new feel. Kitchen was amazing with all new appliances and tools needed for the week. Showers are also great. Good location close to the pool and courts. The view was unbelievable however with all the wind in Key West it was hard to sit outside that often. Still amazing location.

One is paying for the spectacular view of ocean and gulf making sunrises not to be missed as well as starlit skies at night. It is beautifully decorated and has a well stocked kitchen for cooking and entertainment. Rental is smaller than anticipated without a table for eat in area. It is advertised with 2 bathrooms but guest room shower wasn’t completed. A discount was given. Internet worked for about 2 days, reported to management, told was working on it, no follow-up on their part. Unit had 4 great working bikes. Was surprised that no beach towels were supplied. Kayaks would have been nice but there is a service to rent. on it.

Th home was very clean and had all the necessities that made for a comfortable stay. The community was quiet and the home was the perfect size for 3 adults and one toddler. The view from the porch was incredible and had it been warmer, we would have enjoyed more time enjoying the outdoor amenities.
