Tucked away from traffic but centrally located for convenience. Not located near burn scar and safe from flooding. This Unique property will be ever changing to accommodate guests. It is centered for all entertaining needs. Local parks and shopping are within walking distance. You can take a short drive to local lakes for hiking and fishing. The local casinos or Horse racing are only a short drive away. Ski Apache is filled with skiing, snow boarding, mountainous views during the winter months. However, During the summer you can enjoy mountain biking, zip line, gondola rides, and breath taking views. You can also take day trips to visit The Space Center or White Sands National Monument. If you can't get enough of the mountains Cloudcroft is a day trip away. Local New Mexican food is available througout the town or a cowboy dinner at Flying J Ranch is also available.

As a Ruidoso native, I can provide the best kept secrets in our lovely village. There is so much to do for everyone. Day trips can provide the best scenery and mountain views. We went to Bonita lake to do some fishing and caught three nice trout.
