It is a beautiful life and I love trips, vacations and get aways. I am a sunset chaser and one of the best in the world are here in Indian Rocks Beach. Enjoy many of them!

Why they chose this property

My parents bought it as their home to retire. They live in South America and visit Largo once a year. When they are not here theyare happy to host visitors from all over the world.

What makes this property unique

Neighborhood.
Easy access to local businesses. 35 minutes from the Tampa International airport (TIA) and 40 minutes from Busch Gardens.

A private one story home in a a very quiet neighborhood with easy access -even walking distance- to a Supermarket, bank, pharmacy, gym, dry clean and fast food American food and Cuban and Chinese restaurants.

It’s located 2 minute away from the Beach

Back Yard.
This home has a big fenced back yard with enough space for gathering and enjoying family games and meals, BBQ and sun bathing or some quiet and reading time. We have a good size rectangular table and a huge umbrella to keep you and your loved ones under the shade while enjoying the outdoors.

Side patio.
My favorite quiet nook for a romantic moment. An European look like table for two, perfect for coffee in the morning. In the same small area you can also enjoy a glass of wine at night, right in front of our fire pit.
