Welcome to your beautiful and spacious coastal oasis! Perfect for up to 9 guests. This newly-renovated home is located in a quiet neighborhood just a 5-minute drive to Madeira, Redington Beach, and John's Pass Village.

Enjoy your private backyard with a screened-in heated pool and outdoor dining. Few mins to shopping, dining, and parks with biking/walking trails. 5min to VA Hospital, 10min to Largo Golf Course.

Every effort has been made to make your vacation memorable!

This beautifully-decorated pool house is prepared with all the essentials needed to make you feel at home. The pool is heated in the winter months. The home features a large driveway, 2-car garage, private fenced-in backyard with a heated pool, screened-in patio with lots of seating, and a propane BBQ grill. Guests have access to the entire house offering 3 bedrooms with TVs in each room, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa and smart TV, dining room with a dining table, breakfast bar, kitchen island, fully-equipped kitchen, and a washer & dryer in the garage. Complimentary Pack'n'Play is available.


***We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in.***

For stays over 1 month, the cleaning fee double (considered deep cleaning)

We have rented numerous homes. This is the most uncomfortable home we have rented. There is one low sectional couch and ottoman. Thats it. There is a severe plumbing/sewer issue that seems to be ongoing due to repair cost. Plumber was out five days in a month. We left early due to no usable sewer. Everything associated with stay is maximum profit not guest comfort. Very disappointed with this rental. Good location is only plus.

Great stay

Property was just as advertised. Located within 5 mins of Madeira beach, 3-5 mins of several shops and restaurants, 10mins to the boardwalk. I would definitely book again if staying in the area.

Beautiful oasis

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home while visiting from Massachusetts for a family celebration. Everyone enjoyed swimming in the clean pool and gathering around the large kitchen island for meals. I would definitely stay here again, the neighborhood was quiet and safe.

This is a hard review to make, I’ll start with the positives first. Location was perfect. Neighbors were friendly. House was clean. Huge kitchen to cook in. Spacious bedrooms.- Upon receiving check-in instructions it was noted NO animals on furniture- very disappointing as this was a pet friendly home and a reason I booked. It was not noted in description of home prior that animals not allowed on furniture. Pool was green at check-in, took 3 days for poolService to arrive. Couch is not for the elderly, larger people or those with knee problems, very hard to get up from and stiff/hard. Upon check in home (Saturday) AC unit was broken, only room temp air was blowing. Tried calling and texting “emergency number” no response until next day only after a 3rd attempt to reach mgmt company. 2 small wall units did work but that only cooled 1 bedroom and living/kitchen area. Repairmen finally showed up after hours Monday to confirm AC broke and parts needed to be ordered. AC finally fixed Wednesday night 7-8pm. I asked numerous times if floor fans could be purchased to assist in moving cooler air into the 2 bedrooms and my requests were ignored each time with a “Thank you for your patience”. I also asked for compensation or refund for the 4 nights of bedrooms being 77-78 degrees and got nothing in return. Unfortunately we will not be staying at this house again.

Beautiful and peaceful home.

A beautiful home !!My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. 🏡 It was perfect for the 6 of us. My 2 children, ages 7 & 11, as well as the rest of us, enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating area the most. 🏝 We felt very comfortable and safe in this quiet neighborhood. We would love to stay here again in the future!!! We hated to leave and go back to Massachusetts. Thank you for hosting us. 😀

Lovely and clean home close to so many things to do and see

One of the cleanest VRBOs we have stayed at! The host has thought of everything you might need and more. The pool and patio is exquisite with the privacy that we crave (do wish the pool waterfall ran everyday…it was just on for our arrival day). Easy drive to some great places like Holiday Island, John’s Pass, Sponge Docks (Tarpon Springs), Fort Desoto, and the Pinellas Trail (great for biking). Seminole Lake Park is just a couple miles and a great place to walk the dog…the two mile trail was beautiful and just the right length for our Welsh Terrier. Thanks so much for the great hospitality!

Super clean and comfortable

The neighbor hood is a little older and some houses are a bit unkept but the location is good and this house is beautiful. Redone and modern with great space where it matters. Bathrooms are a little small but everything else is great. We spent most of our time out at the pool which was wonderful. The screened n lanai is so nice and the sound of the waterfall in the pool is just right. The house was so clean I felt bad coming back to my real home. There are decent places to eat all around but also 2 Publix groceries with in 10 mins of the house. The beaches are not much farther and John’s pass and sand key park are with in 30 mins. It’s far less busy than the spring breaks Clearwater area which was great this little house is one I would try to buy if it was for sale. It is really nicely redone.

Health hazard condition for three days

We checked in Monday night around 10pm. Late Tuesday morning the toilet wouldn't flush. Tried plunger. Went to beach, came back and bathtub filled with raw sewage. Called property manager. Handyman promised netween 9-11 pm that Tuesday and he did not show until late Wednesday and could not fix. Around 7 pm Wednesday a plumber shows up and days his 25ft snake cannot fix plumbing. Thursday, now the 3rd day with waste in bathtub plumber promised between 7-9, Verbo got involved and he was there at 5pm with a180ft snake to fix problem. We were left to mop floor and backspalsh atea after requesting property manager send a cleaning crew. They refused. There is no possible way we plugged that toilet and now property manager is filing claim with insurance we were required to purchase before they would rent to us. No offer of compensation for living in waste for 3 days or having to clean up the mess. 6 woman over 60 no way caused this in less than a day there. 6 woman and one bathroom now because of this issue. If something cannot be done I will not be using this service again nor will I ever recommend.

The property overall is very nice. The kitchen is large with a lot room and a large island. There was full sized refridgerator and a beverage refridgerator which was nice for us. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the pool was nice and warm with plenty of seating outside. Both the washer and drier worked well and the air kept the house a perfect temperature. The beds were comfortable for us as well. The location felt safe and friendly and is just a 10 minute drive to the beach and close to shopping.There were only a few minor things that could have been improved.The place could use updated area rugs in the kitchen and bathrooms and new pillows in the master bathroom. The waterfall on the pool didn't seem to be working correctly, we realized the water level in the pool was low, there was a spigot there to add water and it worked fine after about an hour of adding water. Some people commented on the poor quality of the couch and lack of living room seating. If you have a large family and spend a lot of time watching television, you might not be comfortable. We spent our time outside and only the kids used the couch and they didn't complain at all. We were overall happy with the place and would rent it again.

Home Away From Home !!

We visited for Labor Day Weekend!! It was the best. The house had everything you need. Plenty of extra towels, blankets and pillows. We loved the spacious kitchen (everything you need to cook and/or grill). Easy check in/out process, host was available for any questions/concerns! Close to the beaches and pool was beautiful we spent most of our time in it !!!!! Place was great, we definitely would visit this property again !!!!!

Home away from home

The house was spotless, the kitchen had nothing missing, the pool was very well maintained, we even had a couple of beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for the beach. We had a great time…would go back in a heart beat.

Great Home For Families

My family stayed in this home for a long 4-night weekend in March 2022. We were really thrilled with the home! Sleeping arrangements are ideal for a large family or a couple of small families. The bunk bed room also had a sitting area and smart tv, which was great for the kids - both for sleeping at night, and for a place to sit and watch something if they needed some down time. Kitchen was beautiful, functional, and well-stocked with everything we needed for simple meal prep. I did use the propane grill one night with no issues as well. My kids wore this pool out! Pool was heated to a comfortable temperature. Pool area is screened which keeps debris out of the pool. There is plenty of seating outside, and easy to find both sunny and shady spots throughout the day. Pool is serviced twice a week (it was very clean) - service contractor showed up while my kids were swimming, and he was very friendly and respectul of my kids' time in the pool. There were smart TVs in all bedrooms and the living room with easy access to your own Netflix, Amazon, Disney +, etc. Communication with the property manager was easy through VRBO app. We had no issues, but she reached out a couple of times during our stay to make sure all was going well. I would definitely stay in this house again. Thank you!
