Upon entering the villa, guests are welcomed by an inviting open space spanning 72m², where the living room, kitchen, and dining area seamlessly blend together. Adorned with antique furniture and featuring wooden ceilings, paneling, and beams, the interior emanates an old-world charm, creating a warm and cozy ambiance. A magnificent stone fireplace serves as the centerpiece, adding to the allure of the space. Additionally, there is a spacious bathroom on this floor, equipped with a modern shower. The bathroom features elegant fixtures and ample space, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing experience for guests.
Large glass doors lead out onto a charming terrace, overlooking the sprawling garden. Here, guests can bask in the sun-drenched bliss while enjoying the soothing waters of the plunge pool and lounging on comfortable sunbeds. The terrace also features a dining table, providing a picturesque setting for outdoor meals. Additionally, the terrace opens up to a quaint stone 'gumno', a traditional structure now repurposed as a picturesque spot for relaxation, complemented by a stone barbecue grill, where guests can relax amidst the lush garden, shaded by oak and olive trees, adding to its allure and charm.
