Mini Frig, Microwave, Iron/ Ironing Board, hair dryer. Dining table with chairs. Free Parking and Free self-serve Breakfast items, Hot & Cold drinks 6 am to 11 am. Breakfast room open all day for guests to enjoy gathering. Please Note: This 1852 Historic Evans House built before the Civil War beautifully restored Antebellum is NOT (ADA) Americans with Disabilities Act approved. Located Just 1.2 miles away from the TN Walking Horse Celebration. Only 3 blocks from shopping, restaurants and movie theater on the historical Shelbyville square. The Duck River is less than 1 mile with a public boat ramp. 7 miles Nearest Green Distillery has the worlds longest bar with restaurant. Jack Daniel's Distillery Visitor Center 16 miles, 1 hour south of Nashville.
