This lovely home is a three bed 2.5 bath with a heated pool and a southern exposure. The living room is carpeted and has a leather sofa, a love seat, and an entertainment center with a 50" flat screen, stereo, CD, and DVD player. It also overlooks the pool and lanai area. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed and a large walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a separate jacuzzi tub. The guest bedrooms have queen beds and twin beds, respectively.
The bedrooms and living room areas are carpeted, leaving the rest of the home with beautifully tiled floors accented with soft earth-tone area rugs. The fully equipped kitchen has a pass-through window to the lanai/pool area, making it fun and easy to have lunch or dinner out on the lanai. The pool area has a southern exposure, which is very popular with most guests.

The house and the pool are beautiful - 5 Cleaned - 5 There are not enough kitchen utensils - 3 Electric stove from the last century - 2 The way to the beach - 15 min. walk. The overall rating is 4.
