maison incroyable sur la meilleure section sur la rive nord-est de 10 mile de long lac Greenwood. Cette maison est un endroit idéal pour divertir votre famille et vos amis, ou tout simplement pour vous évader pour un week-end de détente, de sport ou de sensations fortes. Vous ne serez pas seulement en train de louer une maison, mais de louer un mode de vie clé en main toute l'année. Serviettes, plats, couverts, plats de service, ustensiles de cuisine, mijoteuse, cuisinart ne sont que quelques-uns des articles fournis.

S'il vous plaît noter: Non recommandé pour les personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité. La maison est située sur une colline et il y a des escaliers menant de l'allée à la porte d'entrée.

De Penn Station, vous pouvez prendre un train express 1 heure à la station de Tuxedo. De là, il est à seulement 10 minutes en voiture de la maison. Vous pouvez également prendre un taxi ou monter NJ Transit à distance de marche.

La maison dispose de 2 chambres lac vue de maître avec lit queen, et 2 chambres avec lits superposés sur le niveau supérieur. Au niveau principal, il y a une grande chambre d'hôtes avec 2 lits queen. Plein manger dans la cuisine, double four, lave-vaisselle, cuisinière à gaz, et un grand garde-manger. Salon a un "TV 60 ans et plus un canapé de taille. Grand solarium avec coin salon et 10 personne salle à manger formelle. Incroyable SALLE DE JEUX avec flippers, jeux d'arcade, POOL TABLE, 3 téléviseurs à écran plat, coffre-x 3 360s, ps3, wii, et DirecTV. La salle de jeux comprend un bar professionnel, une machine à glaçons commerciale, un réfrigérateur à vin, deux robinets à keger et plus encore. Maison a la zone 5 centrale thermique et A / C. Il y a un système audio NUVO de qualité commerciale dans toute la maison où vous pouvez accéder à Pandora et à un grand disque dur de musique à partir de tablettes tactiles numériques. (5 zones dans la maison).

Lac avant de la propriété dispose de 3 niveaux. Sur l'étage supérieur il y a une année bain chaud 6 personnes, Hamac et barbecue à gaz Weber. Niveau intermédiaire bénéficie d'une terrasse immense, foyer, grande salle à manger ensemble et Weber fumeur. Niveau inférieur est le niveau de bord du lac avec plage privée et 50 'quai.

En prime, vous aurez également accès à notre terrain privé de 15 acres de terres boisées niché contre Sterling Forest et le sentier des Appalaches de l'autre côté de la rue. Zone de chasse isolée à pied (permis requis), équitation en VTT, camping ou votre propre sentier de randonnée privé sans fin.

Les photos ne font pas justice à cet endroit. Ils ne sont pas professionnellement prises, je prenais juste rapidement quelques photos. Je manque plusieurs coups de feu de la grande chambre de l'étage principal, salles de bains et l'autre vue sur le lac chambre. Les chambres sont plus petites (à l’exception de la chambre du niveau inférieur), car la maison est conçue pour les activités et les réceptions.

Perfect Lake Getaway!

This place is so great and so fun for whole family! The pictures don’t do it justice, the backyard is completely redone and perfect! Can’t say enough - sure there were some glitches with a pinball machine, but that’s to be expected! The fact that there is pinball and everything else and the bar etc…it rockedCommunication with owner was flawless and we can’t wait to go back in June!!!

Family Lake Weekend

We had a wonderful stay and would come back! The lake access was great and we loved using the floats, stand up paddles and the kayak. We made a fire one night and on the night it rained we had so much fun playing pool and pinball. We also enjoyed the hot tub and downstairs bar. The house has so many amenities and is stocked with everything you need. It was the perfect place for us to spend time together as a family!

AMAZING property

House and location is absolutely amazing. Basement and backyard are to die for. Gorgeous brand new triple deck patio with beautiful views. Brian was an awesome host. Communication was a breeze. We could not find the items for the ping pong table so he ordered them to arrive the next day. He also sent a brand new xbox for the kids due to issues with the existing gaming systems in the house. Overall very pleased with our stay.

The perfect lake house...

We had a great week at GWL. The owner and property manager were accessible and available whenever we needed them. The property manager stopped by the first day to see if we needed any help -- which we did. The house is a true lake house, just what we were looking for -- not tons of bells and whistles (except for the basement arcade. of course), but has everything one needs. We hope to be back!

Great Place for March Madness

Brian, the Host, was outstanding again(we stayed here last year also ). He is completely responsive, and helpful ! Five lifelong friends and my two grown sons gathered to enjoy March Madness . Great game room, Tiki Bar, hot tub, fire pit, Kitchen, plenty of TVs to watch the March Madness games . The house is very spacious and comfortable, and Brian's hospitality is Awesome ! Highly recommended !

A fabulous time was had by all!

I’ll start by saying that Brian was an absolute pleasure to deal with - responsive, flexible, and pleasant. The house is in a great location - lots of activities and restaurants nearby assuming you even want to leave this awesome house. This house is situated right on the lake and the views are spectacular! The amenities offered are too numerous to list but suffice it to say this is a seriously fun house. We enjoyed paddle boarding, shooting pool, playing pinball, coffee by the lake, great music, relaxing in the hot tub and more. Three generations and everyone was really happy with our weekend away at this house:)

Nice, large house

We enjoyed staying here. Large enough house so we never felt cramped. Had lots of things to do for everyone. Would have loved to have been here during the summer to enjoy the lake more. Pinball machines would make a loud pop so we didn't use those much and it took a little bit to figure out how to turn them on as well as the electronics. We enjoyed the pool table, grill and outside fire pit (although we had to scrape around and find twigs and sticks from the yard since there was only two pieces of firewood). Beds were comfortable and three bathrooms were nice. Would stay here again.

Sorry to hear about the pinball. We keep all the games maintained. We have a pinball tech on hand. I wish you had called, the games are all very special collectibles, and are all highly rated games. As far as firewood, we now maintain a massive pile on the property line.

Fantastic weekend retreat!

The house is awesome and Brian is very attentive and accessible. We stayed here to celebrate my father in law's 70th birthday and everyone loved it. The only drawback is that parking is limited. So if you have a few extra guests, that could create a logistical issue. But that would seem to be a challenge anywhere in this town. Otherwise, I couldn't have been happier. Would definitely return.

Labor Day weekend

Stayed here for a long weekend. Overall we had a great time, as one person reviewed 'its about the lake'. Use of paddle boards was great. we brought kayaks and inflatables. We knew going into the rental it would be dated and have no issue there, but the place could use a deep clean and small fixes. The toilet on the main level was balanced on card board and there were small ants all over the bathroom. We ran a load in the dishwasher to be sure all utensils, plates and cups were clean (standard practice for us) but couldnt put the utensils back in the drawer since it was filled with dirt. We kept the utensils in a clean cup during our stay. Two bedrooms upstairs had no air conditioning and no fan. Toilet paper holder was broken so the TP roll was just sitting on the support attached to the wall. Loose tiles under the toilet (all little fixes that would go a long way) Our group had 6 kids and one of the reasons we chose this rental was the game room. 24 hours into the rental one of the pinball machines broke (internal part which is normal wear) so we turned to the video games in the evening. One tv did not connect to anything, a second only connected to wii which had a few games, and the third worked fine. Slot machines - only 1 turned on but did not work, golfing video game - audio turned on but screen did not. We didnt bother the owner for the little things as our stay was to enjoy each other, though he was responsive when messaged with questions.

Big views, big house

We visited in November after having a great time over the summer. There were plenty of things to do in the area, even with young kids. The house was large, big couch for everyone and a big table in the sunroom overlooking the lake. In the evenings we sipped wine as we sat outside on the multi-level deck and enjoyed the quiet. The basement has entertainment for folks of all ages, and easy access to outside. If you are looking for a modern house, this isn’t it, but it’s a large house on the lake with everything you need. We’ll be back.

Graduation Central

Daughter was graduating from West Point. The location was easy to get to and the property is spacious and clean! Plenty of places to sit for a large gathering and the view is magnificent. Parking was an issue if you had more than three cars. When we arrived there was sand in the parking spots limiting us to 3/6 potential parking spots. It was quiet and the downstairs gaming area was a huge hit! There is an ice machine behind the bar which was super useful. The bar is semi stocked with previous guests left overs which I thought was a nice little touch! The bedrooms are a little undersized, but the room of the remainder of the house is substantial! The check out process was smooth and easy! We hope to return to the property for my second daughter's graduation in two years! Brian was helpful and I would highly recommend staying here for a family vacation! The lake was nice and I can only imagine how fun it would be for a summer get away!

Outstanding House, Property and Host !

This property was perfect for our group of 8 adults for three nights in March 2022 ! Brian, the host, was 100 % responsive and answered any and all questions we had, and had the house perfectly ready for us upon arrival ! The house is Amazing, with an awesome game room with 3 TVs, pool table, Bar and Pinball machines . Great Hot Tub also ! The house was exactly as listed ! I can only imagine how excellent this would be in the summer with the beautiful area for the lake and all it offers ! We will be back again often ! Thanks for a Great Stay !

Wonderful All Season Getaway

Spent the weekend with friends, such a fun house. Plenty of games/activities for kids of all ages, pinball, a pool table, and a full bar ;). The sunroom in the back with wall to wall windows overlooking the lake was amazing. I like that there are multiple floors, where you could keep the kids in a separate area to hang away from adults, if you liked. Ample beds, so you could fit a few families for sure. Shame we couldn't go in the summer, as it's right on the lake with a huge tiered backyard. An overall lovely stay.

Perfect for girls weekend

My friends and I got together for our annual girls trip and the house was perfect. We go some time in the hot tub and had fun playing some video games. The house was clean and lovely.

This is the best part of the lake. West facing means you will get several hours more sun than the east facing side. Also the lake is deep off the dock. Run off and dive in!
