Beach view was excellent! Saw dolphins from the balcony! Shower doors could operate more smoothly but other than that, was exactly as expected and close to the beach for a stay with two children.

Great location

The property is in the perfect location, just a bit south of the high rises. The beach is a bit less congested, but you’re still in walking distance of good restaurants and OC attractions. Communication was excellent. The ocean view was beautiful. On the other hand, given the quite lengthy notice about Covid cleaning protocols, we were a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit. We also felt it was a bit “bare bones,” and a few things needed attention: lights weren’t working, the tv in the second bedroom turned on arbitrarily (even when turned off, it came back on within a few minutes. I had to unplug it.), and finishes were dated. In fairness, this was a last minute rental and we were happy to have found it despite its few shortcomings.
