Beach Place 12 is a rustic beachfront townhouse. This two-bedroom, one and a half bathroom townhome has a two-level, furnished balcony overlooking the dunes with a glimpse of the ocean over the crest. The large span of sand before the dunes is a great place for the kids to play at the end of the day or before you head down to the beach. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Beach Place 12 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The entire townhouse is paneled in wood, giving you the feeling of being on a ship. The unique living room is furnished with two sofas, several boat chairs, a modern fireplace and a large flat-screen television. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Also past the dining area is a half-bathroom & a small fenced-in deck. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a small table for two, a large flat-screen television, a private bathroom and balcony access. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people, so bring the whole family!

Great spot. We spent our days looking at the beach from the balcony. Even on a cloudy day it was great fun just watching the surfers!

My sister and I went to Ocean City for a girls weekend. The location of the property was great. Steps to the beach and you could hear the waves and feel the breeze from the condo. Easy access to everything off Coastal Highway and it is right across the street from mini-golf and on the same street as the rental agency. The decor was very 60s and actually kind of cute, but the fixtures, countertops, etc also seem to be from the same time period and were showing their age. The main complaint was that it was very dusty and the surfaces didn't seem very clean.

We keep maintenance on staff until 10pm every day and cleaners on staff until 8pm on check-in days in case things like this occur. You are more than welcome to give us a call to request assistance with maintenance or a re-clean. We would love to help you find a place that better fits your needs for next year.
