This is the perfect location for anyone visiting, doing business or here for medical reasons. It's in walking distance to CWRU, University hospital, Cleveland clinic, public transportation, and many great restaurants and bakeries. We have off-street parking for 1 car and easy access into apartment. There is a full kitchen and the living room has a double recliner. This is a family owned and occupied,4 unit property since the early 1900's

Really great stay! The location was great with convenient access to Little Italy. The apartment is only a 5 minute walk to a RTA Red Line stop, so it was super convenient for us to head downtown for a Guardians' game.

Perfect, cozy 1 br apartment on the lower level. I stayed for a quick overnight between work shifts at a nearby hospital so the location was super convenient. Lovely little apartment within walking distance of lots to see and do! It was even better than expected: bright, cozy, and clean. The walls are a little thin, so I could hear muffled TV noise from the folks upstairs and outside chatter in the daytime; if you're a light sleeper, keep this in mind. Diane and her husband are lovely hosts! I would recommend their apartment if you're in the area for leisure or business.
