This is the perfect location for anyone visiting, doing business or here for medical reasons. It's in walking distance to CWRU, University hospital, Cleveland clinic, public transportation, and many great restaurants and bakeries. We have off-street parking for 1 car and easy access into apartment. There is a full kitchen and the living room has a double recliner. This is a family owned and occupied,4 unit property since the early 1900's

Perfect description, you walk right out the door and you step into Little Italy! Very clean, had a lot of amenities a person needs. Would recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. The host definitely put a lot of thought into their rental.

The property was very convenient to restaurants, bars in Little Italy. It was clean, very nice accommodations and you have your own parking spot. Will stay again.

I stayed here while traveling for an art festival. Check in/out was super easy, and the parking is fantastic for the area since it’s a private driveway. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood area seemed pretty safe. There is also a great bakery/cafe that’s a 2 min walk away (along with several other restaurants that I didn’t visit).

The room was clean and comfortable - especially the big recliner! The proximity to the center of Little Italy was amazing. Check in, check out, parking we're simple. Easy walks to (historic) Lakeview Cemetery and the Art Museum. Host answered every question promptly. An all around great stay!!

This location is excellent for Little Italy. Only about 100 feet away, the location is just far enough off the main strip to avoid noise but close enough to walk home quickly. Entrance is ground level in the front side of house which is even better. No keys, big win!Clean parking in back and good set up. Some house rules so make sure to read them. We just happened to check them out like linens in bathroom, trash outside etc.Good choice!

If you’re going to be in Cleveland and definitely wanna be in the vicinity of Little Italy than this is your place. Excellent proximity to all of the local shops and restaurants and it’s very quiet and low-key. Add to that that you’ve got a dedicated parking space and this location checks all the boxes. Would stay again.
