Ideally located with a short walk into town and a quick walk onto the beach. The views from the balcony are stunning. Would stay again!

Be aware of the stairs to this rental. Its a beautiful place but not good for seniors with the outside stairs

Thank you for your review, Judith. Potential guests may want to know the stairs were recently rebuilt to the latest safety and building codes, including grab bars and railings. I am sorry they were a concern for you. On the positive side, in 38 years of renting B5 as a vacation rental, we have never had a complaint. Blessings, and thank you for being a valued guest.

Let's begin with the fact that every aspect of this condo is of high quality. Examples: pot and pans, the beds, the appliances---well, you get the idea. And, the lighting is just delightful. Using the dimmers you can create an amazing shore front mood with the sound of the ocean in the background. We spent just about every evening sipping wine on the deck overlooking the beach. We've rented this condo 5 times and will continue to do so as long as we are physically able. The owners go out of their way to make this rental special. Of course, the location is special. The only way to get closer to the beach is to be on the beach. Cayucos may be the cutest town on the Pacific coast. This rental is special.

Everything at Randy's is perfect! Clean and comfy. Everything you could possibly need... and VIEW...OH THE VIEW! Very nicely decorated also.

This was our fourth time staying in this condo! It has the best view, location, and access to the beach. Love hearing the sound of the surf day and night! Everything is excellent and luxurious! Love everything about this place!

Beautiful property with a gorgeous view of the ocean. We love sitting with the balcony doors open just listening to the waves roll in, it was very relaxing.

Fabulous stay! We really enjoyed Cayucos and the property. It has a world class view, and it is just steps from the beach. Parking was no problem. We never had to move the car because we could easily walk into town. Great hosts!

Met all hopes for beach view and access. House is immaculate with beautiful architectural and decorative features. We have stayed in many rental homes and this one is at the top of the list.We want to return.

Very nice accomodations. Tastefully decorated to feel like home. Kitchen well supplied with tableware, dishes etc.Great location, easy wallking distance to beach, eateries and shops. Waking up to ocean view each morning was great.

Great location with a beautiful view. Our family of five enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to beach, downtown Cayucos, and pier. Host was very responsive and kind. Highly recommend.

The condo is right on the beach. Great location. Very clean and updated. Great communication with the host. It did say there was a hot tub, which we never found. Not sure if there used to be one. Great place. Would stay again.

Photos didn’t do justice to this beautiful home and its location! The home is perfectly appointed and the views from the deck can’t be beat. We would definitely want to stay here again. The community is quite sleepy so be sure to make plans early if you want to visit shops or restaurants.
