Great location!!

Easy access to the beach and literally minutes away from great restaurants and anything else you might need or want. Our only minor complaint was that check out is 10:30 and at 9:50 the cleaning person was at the door ready to get to work. She was very polite and waited downstairs in the lobby for us to get out, but we couldn't help but feel rushed. It would be much better if cleaning personnel/crews were scheduled to arrive a few minutes AFTER the check out time.

Home Away From Home!

This place was welcoming. It was spacious and very well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked! The patio was amazing, shady in the afternoon with a glorious breeze, perfect for napping! There is such a welcoming, happy feeling at this place! It was perfect for our group!

Beautiful Condo and Friendly Host

We had such a nice vacation at this property. The condo was beautiful and loaded with everything we and the kids could need to feel comfortable and relax. The owner was extremely helpful answering all of our questions and accommodating our needs for school and work. We hope to be back very soon.

Perfect NSB condo

This property is everything you could need for a beach vacation. The interior is filled with very high quality items. The beds were great, the towels were great... then you walk outside and take in the amazing view from the patio. Location is right where you want to be. Perfection!

Amazing unit

This place was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. There were 6 of us (3 couples) and we had plenty of space. The view from the pool deck was beautiful and we could see the ocean from our private deck. The deck is sunken and off the pool deck. We stayed during a very quiet time so we had plenty of privacy, this might be an issue if there were people using the pool. We’d definitely stay there again. The owner was helpful when we had questions. There is one dedicated parking space. If you are bringing more then one car it can be difficult to find parking if the beach is busy. Once the beach cleared out we found a space and left one of our cars there for the duration.

The unit was very nice and comfortable. We spent most our time on the spacious outdoor patio listening to the waves. I would recommend this unit.

Amazing place to enjoy the ocean.

This amazingly decorated 3BDR 3 bath condo conveniently located on the Atlantic ocean for enjoying early morning sunrises from your own private firepit courtyard located next to the pool so everything is right out your backdoor. Cant wait to go back and unwind from life's worries in this superb privately owned condo.

Overall wonderful luxury beachfront condo

I grew up going to NSB and love it's vibe! This was a great condo with lots of amenities and over the top stocked with everything you would need. I appreciated all of that. The only downsides for me was that it is on a part of the beach that cars can drive on and since I had my young granddaughter I did worry about that as we played. It wasn't a reason not to book here again because it was fabulous, just not what I was use to when my kids were little because my family's place was further down where driving is not allowed. We all also loved the sea turtle that apparently lives in the dunes by the walkway going down to the beach! We saw it sunning many times. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Beautiful sunrise!

Even if the weather was chilly, and the wind a little blustery, the sunrise was beautiful and the view gorgeous. This condo was perfect for three couples attending a family member's wedding on the beach. Even though we had a wrong security code to gain entrance, a quick call to the owner resolved that within a few minutes. We had a nice drive up to Smyrna Dunes Park and then down to Canaveral National Seashore. We also had a very nice "extra day" that we spent at St. Augustine. The only major concern we had was the limited parking if one has a vehicle too tall for the parking garage. Somehow, the two regular spaces and the one handicapped space outside of the garage were always full of cars that could have fit in the garage...meaning we had to negotiate parking on the street. Two good places to eat was Ruthy's Kozy Kitchen for breakfast and McKenna's for dinner.

Great!

This condo was perfect! Roomy, clean and beautifully decorated, right by the pool and ocean. The lovely patio area is just a few steps from the pool. The building was very secure, and it had everything we could've wanted. I would highly recommend it. We didn't have a single complaint.

Great place, great owner!

If you are considering a trip to New Smyrna Beach and are looking for a comfortable, convenient and a place with character, I highly recommend this home. Phil is a great owner, super easy to reach and helpful with local knowledge on restaurants and other sights to see. The condo is decorated immaculately, with a great beach theme, is very spacious and has a great floor in the building (we walk out directly to the pool). My family loved the unit and would definitely rent again if available. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with the amenities included, is impossible to beat. Thank you, Phil!
