4th of July stay

Beautiful home , everything in perfect condition and as described. Pool area is perfect. Andy and Robyn couldn’t have been nicer , left charcoal for the bbq and gave us tips on what to do in the local area. Ideal location. Would a100% recommend

Great experience!

Andrew and Robyn were extremely accommodating allowing us to check in a bit earlier to get the situated before our golf rounds. They were quick to message back and share all info needed to get into the house along with leaving our group pool towels and even snacks for our arrival! The house is located in a great neighborhood about 7 minutes from downtown - would highly recommend!

Concert into a Weekend

Very comfortable for us. The pool was great with fantastic weather all weekend. Minutes away from the concert venue (SPAC) and great take-out and town and everything else. Quiet neighborhood

Not what we expected

The first impression was bad to start off. The Garage door was peeling and in need of paint. There was a nice two person swing on the porch but never hooked up , so we were not able to use it. The inside of the house needs work, many electrical fixtures without covers, patches on the wall in need of a paint job. There was a door not on the hinges in the master bedroom, There was more but I think that is enough for now. This home with a little work would have been great. The owners were very nice and that part of the rental was good, they seem to be very nice people. However for the money the home did not meet our expectations.

I am from Saratoga Springs. I love to knit, paddleboard, garden, explore making homemade body products, and of course, spend as much time with my husband and kids.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is on the quiet side. We live behind the navy base. Very private here. Every morning at 8 am you will hear The Star-Spangled Banner and in the evening they play Taps. It's quite special over on this side of town. We are a short drive to the Race Track and State Park. Also, about 30 min to Lake George and The Great Escape. You can't go wrong visiting Saratoga. It's such a beautiful place with lots to do. Very family-friendly.

What makes this property unique

I love to paint. We have a very colorful home. We also have Tempurpedic mattresses. I know first hand how important it is to get a good night sleep while traveling. We also have a stroller and booster car seat available for families upon request. This is our full time home not a full time rental and we put a lot of time and effort into keeping it beautiful. It's a bit quirky and not perfect but very comfortable. Every room is a different color. We do not take everything out of the house. There will be some empty drawers for renters and we leave space in the closet to hang clothing items but you will see some things. For example, a closet may have toiletries on a shelf or there may be pictures on the fridge or our basement is filled with our life memories. We have a beautiful pool, and its one of my favorite areas to be especially in the morning with a cup of coffee or early morning yoga time. We hope you love our home just as much as we do.
