Great location! Would love to go back in the summer to take advantage of the proximity to the lake!

We had a wonderful weekend with family and friends. The kitchen and living room were ideal for hanging out!

I booked this property months ago but never got there.The host ignored my 4 texts for entry instructions, which started a few days before arrival date. Then hours before I should be checking in, the host texted me and said he was sorry that the unit was double booked and other people were there. He did offer the unit next door but my guests and I had already made other plans. Nothing like getting completely stressed AND having my vacation ruined. At least the customer service reps at VRBO were very helpful and processed a refund quickly.

Great stay

The house was beautiful! There were 8 ladies and the space was roomy and well laid out. The view was sensational! The house was clean and very tastefully decorated. We all loved it! I didn’t know it was a duplex before arriving. It was not a problem, but I wish I had known, as there were some shared spaces (the dock) and duties (garbage) I would have understood better. I also submitted questions before our stay for which I received no response. It was still an excellent place for our annual reunion! Thanks you for sharing your gorgeous home with us!

Great house in great location

It's a great house in a great spot. We rented the whole house for a larger group doing a racetrack weekend. The house is clean and in good shape, the beds are comfortable. It has a beautiful view of the lake and is a short drive to the city. There is a nice backyard to hang out on, and a fire pit! The host was communicative and everybody was comfortable. 5 stars. Downsides (and there really were not many - its a wonderful property): The VRBO listing says that one bedroom of each unit has a bunk bed but it does not. Also the water is quite sulfur smelling - bring bottled water. Also, be aware that you have to cross a road to access the dock. But the house has it's own private dock once you do so. Lastly, if you book both units 1 and 2, there is no way to get from one to the other.

Great location, very nice accommodations

This property is very well appointed, very well maintained with a dock and kayaks. The property manager communicated everything very well. The view from the house is amazing. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful lakeside house on Saratoga Lake

The open floor plan created a great space for our family vacation. You have a view of the lake from the kitchen, dining area, living room, front porch and master bedroom. When we arrived, went right out to the Adirondack chairs on porch with a glass of wine. The kitchen is set up nicely with an island which was a nice area to socialize while cooking. There's plenty of cookware, plates, and utensils. The living room area has a comfy sectional around the fireplace and large flat screen TV. We played board games on the dining room table. I had a nice soak in the master bath jacuzzi. 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor was perfect for us. There's another bed in the basement but we didn't need it. The basement has a comfy sectional around the large flat screen TV and a game table. The house was clean and nicely furnished. Linens and towels were nice. were provided. Beds were comfy. Laundry room on the 2nd floor is useful but we didn't need it. The owner provided kayaks, shoe-shoes, life vests, soaps , shampoos and paper goods. Good communications with the owner. We hope to return again next year!

Needs more attention to cleaning

Disappointed in the cleaning staff. They should have been more thorough. Also, dock is not usable and missing remote for fireplace made that unusable too.

Great Saratoga getaway

This space was everything we were looking for. Beautiful location. Very clean and bright. Even though there were guests on the other half, the whole indoor space was quiet and insulated. Everyone in my family was happy and comfortable with their rooms. Little things like a sponge, sheet pan, foil, colander, ziplock bags weren’t there but other than that the kitchen was well stocked. Thanks Vincent.

Racing Getaway

The property was as advertised. Beautiful lake views and access and a short drive to both the town and Saratoga Race Track. The host was very responsive to any questions I had and it was a very enjoyable stay for me and 3 other friends for a week of attending races at Saratoga Race Track.

On the lake, short drive to downtown

Great location, short and easy drive to downtown Saratoga Springs and track. Across the street from Lake Saratoga with a dedicated set of stairs to the waters edge and small dock. There were 2 kayaks which we used a handful of times. Beach at the bottom of the was fine gravel and very small, but we weren't expecting anything more. There is a big sandy beach about 10 minutes away. You can swim off of the dock which we also did a handful of times. The actual place was clean, spacious, and well appointed. It worked wonderful for a 1.5 year old. They had set up a pack n play for us before we arrived and provided baby shampoo, both super nice! A/C was fantastic as we were there during a heat wave! The parking situation is a little tricky. You can fit 3 cars, but all in a line next to the side of the building, so we frequently were having to do a car shuffle, but we managed. Overall, if we are able we would stay here again! Thanks!

Great Lake Property

The townhome was very nice and had a beautiful view. The property owner was very helpful with anything we needed. Nice place for a relaxing getaway and close to many things.
