Well maintained condo

The building was dated but the condo was very nicely remodeled and very clean! The location was nice for the beach but we found we spent a lot of time in San Juan and needing to Uber often. We would stay again for the price and service by the owner!

Customer service perfect location!

Great stay! The host was very responsive and was very knowledgeable about area. Private parking was great. The apartment itself was great. Nice and spacious, clean, cable, wifi, etc...... Right on the beach and has acess to pool. Perfect location. I have nothing negative to say.. More than met my expectations.

Perfect location

The apartment is clean, cute and perfect size for 2-3 people. It’s close to everything. The property manager was available to talk and help at any time. I must’ve asked 10 questions, he helped me with all of them in a very detailed manner. Thank you!!

Condo was beautiful, beach was beautiful, will definitely stay again.

Check in was a little complicated. The security was very tight, but we had difficulty understanding which button on the key fob opened which door. The place was beautiful, the area was great. The traffic on Isla Verde was a little scary, but we will definitely stay there again.

Very Clean, Nice Ocean view

This property is amazing clean Nearby all businesses safe and secure, washer and dryer on the first floor swimming pool is excellent, Atlantic ocean beach, beautiful clean, We enjoyed our stay from the minute we got in the condo until we left the condo, for sure we kept everything is clean, and my wife clean the condo twice before we left, Good luck with the next tenant

Ambiance - blue elegence

The title says most of this. The blue lights, the gorgeous tile (sorry huge tile fan), all the amenities right at your doorstep - literally. The beach is amazing at this location. Sometimes the water can be really rough around the airport but this area was amazing. The shower will be the BEST SHOWER you ever had. The water pressure was AMAZING! Thanks to this owner for taking the time to make everything beautiful, the colors were perfect for the house and overall - wonderful! Very inviting! Thanks for sharing with us!

Place looked like it was poosted

The place is clean and the veiw was beautiful. Unfortunately all the blinds did not work, the air conditioners had a musty smell, the shower had no shelf to put your items on. The bedroom had no outlets near nightstands. There was only 1 keyfob to use for 2 people, it got to be a pain if I wanted to go to pool or beach but my husband wasn't ready he would have yo text me so I could let him through. The ac condenser is extremely loud, especially when you are trying to sleep. Things need to be fixed.

My husband and I had an amazing time. The room was as described. The view was great! Only a few minute walk to the beach which was so clean and not too crowded. The owner was quick to answer any of our questions. There are many places to eat in walking distance. There is a Walmart close by. And most of the thing we did were close by. Only a short drive to San Juan if you want the hassle and bustle and f city life .

Good stay

Overall the stay was pretty great, the location is perfect straight access to the beach from the lobby, the key fob to get in and out of everything was annoying and the all the remotes for the garage and stuff was confusing at first should be labeled better, um they were a few nice places to eat within walking distance , was only an hour away from the marina for our boat ride, the apartment was nice the condominium itself was very ghetto looked like the inside of Fort Green Projects, the lobby was the only nice part and the price with the pool and basketball court and there’s a sand playground for little ones, My mom said the apartment smelled like mold it was on the second floor so it may have been ruined in the storm last year and they covered it up with remediation but it was still musty got to keep the ac on , also the balcony view was tainted our whole visit because where this specific apartment is located is where the ppl who was the windows leave they equipment so the ledge they use on the wires was hanging over the balcony very hazardous and an eyesore I kept thinking someone could jump down on it onto our balcony , other than the inside was super clean and he had beach equipment should’ve been washed tho we just bought stuff at the beach boogie boards we’re convenient ,and the basketball was flat the shower only ran cold water the last two days was very irritated about that, and there was stain on the sheets we had to change them good thing he had an extra set

Great location!!

We enjoyed our stay here! Walking distance to many restaurants and shops, clean beaches, felt safe and was a short drive to old San Juan! The host had great communication and provided recommendations and quick responses to any questions we had! We would stay here again!

Property was great! Manager was timely with responses. We loved this place and would return again

Only issue we had was the construction taking place on the building. Loud grinding of concrete started early 7:30-8 am daily. Although we are early risers, this was noisy and prevented us from really enjoying breakfast on the balcony. This is a temporary issue but would absolutely return in the future.

Great location

As in other reviews security is at the top of the list. Although it may be seen as inconvenient it sure was a pleasure to feel 100% safe all the time. The apartment was very nicely decorated, modern and everything was in its place. Nice little perk was that it had two beach/lawn chairs to take to the beach with you. I would stay in the same place if I return to that area.

Hidden Gem

My boyfriend and I had never been to PR before and had also never rented through VRBO. I was a little nervous to not be choosing a hotel/resort but this was the best decision we made! The host was amazing, property was so clean and exactly as pictured, PERFECT access to the beach, restaurants, everything! Thank you so much! Can't wait to return to your beautiful island!
