The property is really close to lake canyon and New Braunfels, we made a great trip to san Antonio as well. There ist wildlife right outside the door. We could see a deer from the porch in the evenigs.

Great place. Property was as listed. The handlers were very communicative. The views were spectacular. Centrally located for everything we needed and wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again

Very clean house. Comfy beds. Kitchen has just about everything you need if you’re cooking there. Only downfall was the yard wasn’t mowed in a while so very tall grass (we brought dogs) with holes in the yard. Otherwise great house, saw deer every morning and evening.

Hill Country getaway

The house is very nice and clean with tile flooring throughout. Comfy beds, nice linens/towels and plenty of supplies. Quiet area with wildlife - saw deer and a fox in very nice landscaped backyard. A/C worked well to compensate for the Texas heat. No issues with WiFi. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

The house was good & the beds were comfortable. The property description never stated thrre are stairs to the front door. This needs mentioning. Disclosure of [ALL] instructions for check-in/check-out need to be given prior to check-in. After checking-out I received a message to wash towels with bleach (this needs to be provided). The property needs to be viewed before each scheduled check-in by the host.

The house is very clean and the Master is very spacious with a fabulous bed. The master bath has a great shower and closet. The kitchen space and living room is very comfortable. The back porch has a small but cozy sitting area and deer walked through the yard while we were sitting quietly. One of the two smaller bedrooms has no closet and the other has no bars to hang clothes on. Nice towels and plenty of water and coffee provided. Driveway and stairs can be a challenge for older family members. For dog owners the neighborhood is not the best place to walk due to sticker burrs and no sidewalks but there are plenty of great parks close by. We really enjoyed our stay and the sky and view is beautiful.

Great central location

Centrally located to popular activities. Comfortable modern home in very quiet neighborhood. Good communication with property representative. A few minor concerns such as overflowing trash cans outside upon our arrival which still remained unresolved throughout our stay ( although reported) , and an advertised screened in patio which was not screened in . None of this adversely affected our stay however. Wildlife viewing from patio entertained the kids ( deer and fox) . We would stay there again.

Our family of 8 booked this property back in May. We absolutely enjoyed our stay!! The backyard view was beautiful, every night we saw deer, fox, and the most colorful sunsets. The neighborhood is super quiet and felt safe enough for the kids to venture off for walks in the evenings. This is a very well planned layout with all of the essentials to help make our stay comfortable. The living room sofa pulled out and slept 2 children comfortably. The other beds slept 2 adults. The bedrooms were well equipped with spacious closets. The master bathroom was quite spacious!! Furniture was well maintained and the floors were beautiful! The kitchen was nicely designed - we stayed for 4 nights and had to buy a larger frying pan for a family of 8. There wasn’t a pan large enough to cook breakfast, otherwise the kitchen & bathroom were well stocked with amenities & that was appreciated. The washer & dryer helped us keep our swimsuits / towels clean- we really loved our stay & will visit there again! Very responsive hosts!
