Downstairs, a spacious second bedroom doubles as a private suite, offering both a king and queen bed, a leather sofa for lounging, a small dining/game table, and direct access to the carport. A bright and airy full bathroom with a walk-in shower completes this level.

Bedroom 3 is located downstairs in the detached casita, which sits just across the carport from the main house. This cozy suite features a queen-sized bed, a plush chair with ottoman, a streaming TV, and a convenient kitchenette equipped with an electric range and oven, refrigerator, and sink. Bedroom 4 is upstairs in the second level of the detached casita, accessed from the upper deck just across from the main house. Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to receiving check in instructions

No outdoor fires are allowed unless there is a designated fire pit and there is not a burn ban in effect.
2 Dogs maximum under 35 pounds each allowed for an additional fee of $25 per dog per night.
