This property was recently renovated, and clearly no one bothered to check on it or prepare it for renters. Trash everywhere, toilet not bolted to floor, construction material in closets. Worst issue was pool: heater not hooked up at all, so while this amenity was one of the main reasons we booked, it was unusable. We requested partial refund, host completely unresponsive. Rent at your own risk!!

Cute, Cozy and Close to Beach

Overall the property is cute and close to the main road near restaurants and the beach but it is definitely lacking detail… pool was dirty . Pool net had a hole in it and we requested a new one several times but it never came so we made a makeshift net to get stuff out of the pool… pool heater only worked for one day…. We had no hot water for the first three days… bedrooms have no dressers. Bathrooms have zero towel racks so you have to hang your bath towels over the shower rod. Not enough dishware for the amount of people in the house…

Clearwater Beach Stay

The house is in a great location and has a great pool. The house was not clean and was in need of general maintenance. Also, certain items you would expect in a rental property were not provided. Overall, for the price paid we did not receive the quality I would expect.

Broken Appliances

Over all our stay were good the house was clean,neighborhood was quite and safe.The only problems came the day before check out.The kitchen sink began draining into the dishwasher and the dishwasher started leaking on the floor and the garbage disposal did not work.

We got there at four, and Housekeeping was still there. When they finished, there was a lot of dust and what looked like mold on the windowsill, and stains on the curtains. Pool maintenance came on an unscheduled day and surprised us. The Wi-Fi never once worked and the living room TV was not a smart TV. Beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and felt cheap. The fifth bedroom and third bathroom were outside the house and not easily visible, I had to ask property management where they were located. We did love the pool and overall the property was OK, nicer in the pictures.

Great Clearwater location

Great location for family gathering, easy walk to the beach. Pool wonderful! Able to park 4 cars in front or 1 truck with a boat trailer but not at the same time. House with comfortable bedding. Outside bedroom warmer than main house even with air conditioner, use the box fans! Inside house needs some love and attention to repair/replace some fixtures.

Fun but Not Well-Maintained

The property was a fun place located about 4 blocks from the public beach. Parking was excellent and the pool, although small, was nice. Of the 3 bathrooms, 2 drains were clogged with hair and debris, filling the tubs with water. It was gross. There are few extras in this place, like paper towels, tin foil, garbage bags or laundry detergent. Some of the furniture and furnishings were broken and the touch pad for the doors were dirty. Wear socks because your feet will be dirty from walking on the floors. Ceilings, doors and walls had stains and the showers had mold in the grout. The AC did not work incredibly well during the day and there is a warning not to turn it lower than 72 degrees or the unit will break. For the money paid, the cleanliness and condition were subpar.

It was a couple block walk to the beach, the pool was amazing - warm enough to swim in the morning and night and a fun hang out after the beach. there are chairs to rent from the restaurants on the beach for really good price if you don't have your own. the water at the beach is warm, not great for boogie boarding but perfect for little ones. the house was clean and comfortable traveling with a large family and kids! We would absolutely choose to stay at this location again.

The property was not very clean upon arrival. Broken curtain rods. Broken drawer fronts on bureau. Outside furniture was all rusted out and unusable. Would not recommend this property

Beautiful Little Beach House

The only suggestions I would make is that the home could really benefit from a week of good cleaning and small fixes/touchups. The air vents and doors were very filthy. The light fixtures have not been wiped clean in a long time. The pool was amazing, but the outdoor furniture was falling apart and the cushions were missing. I would stay here again just because of the location!

The Good and The Bad......

We brought kayaks and were able to dock them nearby so that was a huge perk! It has a very nice pool and for being in a busy area feels very private. The beds were all made and clean and the AC worked well. The extra pool and beach towels were nice. The not so good......unfortunately, the house did not look like the pictures online. The listing stated that the property was newly renovated, but it is not high-end quality by any means. We had to install shower rods and put-up the shower curtains. All the pool cushions are ripped and dirty. The entire pool area had trash and clearly was not cleaned/straightened. The front porch also was in bad shape. The furniture is rusted out and the tiles were broken and lifting. The inside was fairly clean but not very well straightened. A handful of broken dressers, the pool door handle was broken, and overall condition is fair. Overall, we are grateful to have had a week together with family but disappointed at how much we spent vs the condition of the home. This could be a very beautiful house with some TLC.

Not what we were expecting from description and pictures

The pictures of this property were very deceiving we had to wash the sheets when we arrived due to stains on them the doors were filthy with handprints the bathroom sink did not drain at all kitchen counter was busted in front of the sink the dining table was missing a chair none of the patio furniture had cushions like the picture furniture was different then picture we had a couch with stains on it the view acrossed the street that we thought was going to be water from the description that you could fish from a dock was dumpsters the only good thing about this house for the price was the pool area and the location was decent

The house is nice, was clean and has the amenities you would need. There were just some minor issues such as a few curtain rods that kept falling down when opening curtains, water temperature was hard to regulate in some of the showers, pillows are very flat. There is no outside rinse area either.

The house is central to amazing locations, which made it easy for us to get around as many places were within walking distance. The house looks exactly the same as the pictures shown online.

The house is perfect for 14 people and we'll accomodates toddlers and children. Heated pool and jacuzzi were great. Only issue was there were no beach towels and one of the sofas is about to give in. The bathrooms need updating. The pool and pool area is very small and any more than 6 people will cause over crowding. To sum up I love Florida so all was good but this villa is overpriced and needs some money spent on it to brighten it up
